I stayed for three nights. The room was adequate and clean, the vlbed was comfortable. There is also a luft, which I has been led to believe wasn't the case so that was a bonus. However, I was assigned a room looking out onto Taborstrasse which us a verybusy street and there is no soundproofing on the windiws so it was very noisy and I basically got no sleep. On check out we had to wait 20 mins for a member of staff to appear. That said, there was a lot of choice at breakfast and staff, when tjey could be found, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent spot for access to public transport with a tram stop and an underground a few mins walk down the street. There are also lots of lical shops and places to eat. Trams run frequently hence the noise. All in a good place to stay but I would recommend asking for a room.at the back of the hotel unless you are very used to tram noise through the night.

Wir haben ein Studio gebucht, das Zimemr ist mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet, hat aber alles was man benötigt um kleinigkeiten zuzubereiten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und Sauber. Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist auch klimatisiert.

The room was clean and quiet, and the AC worked very well it cooled the room fast. Friendly staff and a good, central location.

Questo hotel si dichiara come hotel 4 stelle ma a mio parere non è neanche pari a un 2 stelle. La struttura e la camera stessa è minimal e semplice in senso negativo, arredi stile ikea in attesa di allestimento, nessun kit ospite e il bagno? Non vedevo un bagno con doccia con tendine di plastica da quando per caso ho soggiornano in un ostello. Visibili buchi sul muro e pedate sui muri. Ancora esistono hotel 4 stelle senza smart tv e con memorizzati solo 10 canali austriaci ? Non mi è piaciuto. Con qualche ero in piu avrei prenotato altro nella stessa zona . Salvo solo la zona tranquilla, trasporti sotto l'hotel e diversi negozi utili

Good position. Good towels and bed. But The floor was always dirty and full of ants. In The room there also was small of wet cow.

This hotel is actually well situated for getting around central Vienna. If you come out of the property and turn right away from the Main Street, you will come across a great Chinese restaurant, and a little further a great Vietnamese restaurant. I mention these because they are little treasures. The hotel is basic, clean and a great base. Breakfast is enough for anyone . I would stay here again.

Netter Empfang im Hotel, die Zimmer waren um 14 Uhr bereits bezugsfertig. Die Lage ist super - mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Kleine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut, im Bad oberflächlich auch, nur die Fugen strotzen vor Dreck, da zieht man besser Schuhe an. Ein paar Baumängel von der Renovierung sind noch zu sehen, stören aber nicht weiter (Loch in der Wand um die Steckdose), lose Dübel, schlecht angebrachter Rollenhalter. Das Frühstück war lecker, hübsch angerichtet und vielfältig. In Summe eine Empfehlung - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel was in a great location. Great service, rooms were clean and good value. Booked two rooms - one had great view overlooking the street. Other room was larger but had view of the adjoining building, and shape meant TV was at side, with no socket close enough to mirror. Small things, but overall a comfortable stay

The Florum front of house staff were welcoming, The room was clean and tidy but could do with painting as the walls were quite heavily marked. The room facilities were ok with good air con and a smart TV but the main bedroom area lacked a bin for rubbish and a guide for the local area would have been appreciated as foreign travellers overseas in Vienna for the first time, However the house keeping service which was every day was great as we always had fresh towels and beds made although the shower gel they supplied ran out and although we left the empty bottle so it was visible it wasn’t then replenished. There was a second bottle near the basin but trying to reach it from the shower meant we flooded the floor. We also had a slight issue with one of our room cards being removed by house keeping which then switched the air con off so we came back to a hot room and had to request the card back. We also requested some bottled water for our room to put in the mini fridge to be told they didn’t have any despite the hotel having a restaurant and bar which we found strange. Overhaul our stay was pleasant but we would probably look for a hotel with a larger selection of on site amenities the next time

Hotel en devenir. La chambre est tres chouette, litterie confortable et déco jolie mais la salle de bain était encore dans son jus et pas encore rénovée comme une partir de l'hotel qui est encore en cours de rénovation. Le petit dejeuner est petit mais bien fourni, salé comme sucré. A seulement 20min a pied du centre de Viennes et a côté du métro. Pratisur quand on est à pied.

We had read some reviews which were quite negative and so we were a little anxious about our stay. However we were very happily surprised. We were staying in 507 (with the circular balcony) and it was fab. The room was spotless, most of the fittings looked brand new. The beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless. Staff lovely and location amazing with great transport links. The hotel does need renovating in the communal areas however as these are not great.

L’hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto gentile il personale alla reception, check-in veloce e camera già pronta nonostante fossimo in anticipo rispetto all’orario previsto. Camere pulite e silenziose. Unico neo…..la colazione ha poca scelta. Tutto sommato però un hotel che consigliabile.

Simple et accueillant, les lits sont très confortables. Le centre-ville se trouve à une distance raisonnable de marche et au retour nous nous trouvons dans un endroit calme. Le transport en commun est aussi accessible facilement!
