Плюсы: Удобное местоположение, центр Вены, район Штефенплац, рядом метро. Апартаменты достаточно большие, оборудованы всем необходимым. Минусы: Информация о необходимости платы за уборку наличными (35 евро) пришла после оплаты по карте. Мы смогли заселиться почти на 2 часа позже указанного времени (вместо 13 час. в 14 час. 45 мин.) Нет штопора, пришлось выковыривать пробку из бутылки.

We paid upfront and received a confirmation, but on arriving we were told all units were booked and we didn't have a room. Arriving after 16 hour flights and in rain at 10pm, we were left to find a different hotel on our own in a foreign country. Hotel staff at Goldfinch didn't care and indicated it was our problem; to check with hotels.com not them. Horrible service. Never again!

The only issue we had was not being able to contact the management company to arrange our check-in. The company did not answer their phone and It took a couple of hours before anyone including hotels.com was able to reach a representative to check us in. All the while we waited downstairs in the cold for a couple of hours before the representative was able to get there. I also incurred long distance charges on our cell fone which is based in the US. We were not able to locate an email for the location which is much more convenient than calling when traveling abroad.

Un desastre !! no hay quien atienda ! nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel !!!! Es una verguenza , les recomiendo que no traten más con esta gente !!!

Outstanding location - 2 blocks from St Stephens church! Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, needs a bit of attention (shower curtain rings missing, light bulbs burned out, sliding door on cupboard was removed (and leaning against another wall). The agent came to let us in and we never saw him again - this was fine. We were disappointed to learn that there was no where to leave our luggage on the last day (as we had a late flight out) - this was solved by checking in our bags at the CAT station.
