房間設備很不錯 水質也好 但飯店應該通知少帶行李 因為飯店需要爬很多樓梯 帶行李是很大的負擔 飯店方也應該提供行李從停車場拖進飯店的運送推車 因為路程實在太長(約20分鐘) 住宿樓梯陡峭 有年長者或行動不便非常不適合

酒店的硬體很好，但是軟體的服務品質還有房間設計在安全性上有大的問題. 1）住戶需要自己提行李上泊及高達4層高樓的閣樓建築. 沒有事先溝通 沒有電梯也沒有服務人員. 2）臥房進出需要用一個角度幾乎垂直的的爬梯 非常危險. 設計上有安全隱憂. 不適合全家人 3）唯一的服務人員 態度傲慢 沒有服務的意識

房間非常大，清潔舒適。配備的電器、衛浴設備都非常好。 早餐豐富好吃。

景觀很美,服務佳

五星級酒店的價格住進五星級風景景點的古老公寓。 地點很好、到教堂、公車站、停車場就在附近。 從窗戶可以看湖的景觀,晚上在月光下，湖安靜有靈性,月光下靜靜的守著湖的靜謚,這是住在湖邊的好處,也許這樣的機會不多,多花ㄧ些代價換美麗的回憶。

Everything is good , just there are around 10 steps in front of the main door and in the building also only count on steps to the next floor, so less luggage will make your trip more easier. There are several discussion in the previous comment for the ground floor room back door issue. Suggest that change the lock and let the customer allow to hold the key as the main door of that room is on the other side of the building, not convenience.

服務態度：雖然在入住前兩天突然收到這間旅店的信件，寫到我們有小孩所以無法招待我們入住（我根本沒發信也沒小孩），也已把我們的訂房給取消！？但沒有跟我們求證過，就任意取消！導致請網站人員開啟了信件周旋，但最後他們有來信致歉說是電腦異常與把房再讓回給我們。 但到現場後發現工作人員其實非常非常的親切，一切的感覺都被改變了，謝謝親切的工作人員Sandra，讓我們有一個很棒的入住體驗。 房內整體：非常大推，使用的品牌都是一線，還有Poet的藍牙音箱，超棒！但有發生過一次被別房勿連線的狀況。房內的觀景窗太棒，有陽光時簡直是夢境。 早餐：這裡的早餐非常棒，滿滿的豐盛的食物外還有素食火腿（我吃素），而且擺盤很讓人欣喜，建議可以加購早餐 周邊環境：要拉行李到房間需要抬行李上兩至三層的階梯，這邊會很吃力，有要心理準備，位置在鬧區的中間，離搭船或是搭公車要去坐纜車的地點都算方便

飯店景色超棒！可以看到湖泊，浴室對外窗也能看到教堂！陽台的桑拿浴缸很有fu!閣樓的床雖然要爬很陡的樓梯，但是乾淨又舒服！！美景+美房，是這次旅行非常難忘的回憶！ 屋主非常優雅、接待人員非常親切！超喜歡他們兩個！

房東太太非常親切，住宿的房間在3樓，加上門口的階梯抬行李有點吃力。 但房間設計新穎，床單非常柔軟舒適，房間躺椅也非常舒服，廁所的設計也非常喜歡，會再次拜訪的民宿。

整體十分理想，職員態度親切及幫忙，房間整潔及舒適，由於酒店沒有電梯，職員亦會幫忙將行李搬到2樓。

The hotel is excellent! Great location and great view from the room. Staffs are really nice. But there are many stairs at the hotel, and it’s a bit steep. No elevators. You need to carry luggage yourself to the room. Overall, Strongly recommend the hotel.

I do appreciated the owner ~Dr. Seemann who willing to rent out this place to public, and let us can have an once in a lifetime experience to taste such a tremendous view while you are having a sauna outdoor at this heritage private accommodation. Specifically Sandra, the one who welcome and take care of us during our stay is fantastic, she gave us some many useful information and show us the most warmest and hearty hospitality which make us feel we were staying at our home. Since we have our honeymoon trip and we book the only one have 2 balcony suite to taste the best view. Even we need to take our luggages and walk a little bit, but once you arrive your suite and look out from your window, you will know everything is WORTH.

不是常有熱水洗澡，入住第2天還會跳電，風景非常美，有露天風侶，整體不過不失，沒電梯要抬著行李走3層。

We stayed in Hallstatt Hideaway and enjoyed wonderful lake view in our room. The hotel room is home-like design and very comfortable.

Staying two nights in the Penthouse suite Salz, we found the view was fantastic and location good. However, the room is weirdly designed for lack of basic facilities (no luggage rack, no closet ) The kitchen looks good, but hard to use. It’s equipped with lots of cookware, stove, dishwasher, etc, but the preparation area is such tiny space on top of the sink. The major light on the ceiling in the cooking area is broken and covered , so it’s not bright enough.(One floor lamp in the living room is not working either). NO indoor slippers and bathrobes are provided but one MUST take off shoes inside the house. Daily cleaning is superficial.(For example, bathtub was used the first night, but obviously has not been cleaned next day) Toiletries were not resupplied, either. Are two people expected to rely on one tiny bottle of shower gel, shampoo, and lotion (all 35 ml only) for two nights' stay? Since this is a small operation, the person on duty (who supposedly stays from morning till 10 PM) can be reached through FB, email, and phone call. Interestingly, there’s no landline/telephone, foreign travelers have to use their cell phones. Overall, this is a lovely property with some luxurious items (Jacuzzi and sound system), but fails to attend to something really basic (amenities and service ). The stay is absolutely not worth the price (over 1400 euro) (not to mention the shared shuttle service by hotels in that area to/from the parking lot was very crowded, not a good experience)

conveniently located, just 5 min walk from the pier. The house is very stylish and clean, having an amazing view of the lake. Have everything needed. The wifi is very steady and fast. Would recommend to all couples for a romantic stay.
