Location was perfect, near the Opera House and a short walk to St. Stephens. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our bathroom opened up onto a balcony with a view of Karntner Strasse. Good selection for breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend because of the central location.

This hotel was amazing! It was in the centre of everything. We walked everywhere. Front reception Staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the staff looking after them were hard working and helpful.
Overall I’d come back to this hotel. Love love loved it. ;)

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the shopping, cathedral and opera districts, only a short walk to all the famous landmarks, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The building itself is mesmerisingly beautiful, dripping everywhere you look with all the history and splendor of its palatial origins. Cons: None. This will be the hotel I stay at for every trip back to Vienna.

34年前の新婚旅行でも利用したホテル。リフト（エレベーター）が少しだけリニューアルされていましたが，基本的にはクラシックなスタイルのままで感激でした！ 客室は綺麗です。7月末に利用しましたが，日本のように暑くはないので，エアコンがなくても過ごせますが，エアコンの調子がおかしかったようで，せっかく設備があるのに残念でした。テレビの使い方がわかりにくい。

Todella siisti ja mukava hotelli ihan kaupungin keskustassa. Sijainti oli lähellä metroasemia, mutta kävellenkin pääsi helposti kulkemaan. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen tähän hotelliin!
