Very convenient location - a few minutes walk to anywhere in Innsbruck centre. The staff on reception were super helpful and sorted out my Innsbruck Welcome Card for me. Comfy bed in a spacious room.

It is conveniently located near the station and Maria Teresa Street.The facility has a traditional appearance and reasonable rates, and I was able to relax thanks to the staff who spoke a little Japanese.

Front desk personnel, his name is Mathias (not sure) was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Very good breakfast buffet.

Great location. Just a couple of minor issue with the room and no AC. Connection to the underground garage was being renovated so not easy to get to and from the car. Still a very nice stay.

The staff was nice, helpful, and welcoming. However, my room was extremely hot even though it had not been particularly hot outside that day. Then I found out the heating was turned on!! But even after I turned it off, it remained hot in the room since the windows couldn't stay wide open without requiring a heavy object preventing it from closing. Also, when I checked-in, the room was not adequately cleaned...there was a leftover tea bag from the previous guest and an unemptied trash can—makes me question the cleanliness of other things. I didn't mind the unusual room design, but the door for the toilet was difficult to open/close and having a big key to lock/unlock the door is a bit bothersome. Lastly, the shower handles seemed broken but worked somehow, and the water was more cold than warm. Still, my stay was overall nice, but could have been better.

Very short walking distance to Altstadt and Maria-Theresien-Strasse. Great cafe adjoining (Cafe Central) with a wonderful patio. Friendly staff and wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel centralissimo, ma camera( 321) piccola e soprattutto caldissima. Il bagno microscopico, difficoltà a stare seduti sul vaso con la certezza di sbattere contro il lavabo. Non c'è una ventola per il ricambio dell'aria. Mi pare che basti ed avanzi.

En by med liv laver også larm. Fantastisk by, alle byggeprojekter starter kl 7 om morgenen, så forventningens sove længere end det. Dejligt hotel, fine muligheder og vi fik særdeles god vejledning i receptionen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt wirklich zentral. Dementsprechend laut ist die Umgebung auch in der Nacht. Das eigene Parkhaus ist grade in Revision, aber es gibt weitere Parkhäuser in der Umgebung. Die Anmeldung verlief problemlos. Das Zimmer ist hübsch, sauber und ordentlich gestaltet. Es gibt einen ungewöhnlich großen Schrank auch mit Safe. Das Bett ist gut. Auch das Bad ist hervorzuheben. Nach der Hitzeperiode war die Etage gut durchgewärmt und mit dem kleinen Teil des Fensters des Zimmers, den man hatte öffnen können, nicht zu lüften. Die Temperatur war die ganze Nacht unerträglich. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt und ein kühleres Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Unter den Bedingungen habe ich mir den Besuch im Spa verkniffen, das Frühstück ausfallen lassen und ich war froh an der kühlen Morgenluft zu sein.

Excellent breakfast! Comfortable spaces. There was a heatwave and wished we had air conditioning or a stronger fan. But it got cooler later in the week and we got acclimated. The shower nozzle would not stay up, so you had to handhold it while showering. Also, adjusting the water temperature and pressure was hard to control. Overall, however, we loved this place because the hospitality and kindness was impeccable!

There is no air conditioning and it was 30c in the room. Cannot Leave windows open at night due to noise. Tiny pillows, thick comforter. Bed is as hard as a rock. Not a four star hotel. Not very good breakfast buffet. Only thing good is the location.

Fabulous Hotel! We wish we had stayed an extra night because they had free ebikes that you can use. It would have been a great way to see the city. The room was large, modern, very clean and bedding/bed comfy. No AC. A standing fan is provided in the room. Great location to train station and all local sites.

Excellent location, clean rooms, delicious restaurant food, and staff customer service. A place to definitely come back.

Very good hotel!

Nice central location. Best part they allowed to you hire bikes for free which I highly recommend. Reason for the less stars are only because there was no aircon. Stayed in summer and it was hot.

Very pleased with the bedroom which was very comfy. Great location within a few hundred yards of the old town. Staff very helpful. would stay there again if back in Innsbruck
