The amazing hotel. Very convenience location and the room is sooo comfortable. The staffs are really nice and willing to help customers. Strongly recommend!

nice hotel, with very helpful staffs. The staffs are very helpful even when you have already checked out, highly recommended, the only drawback is that the bathroom was open with a glass window towards the bed, if you are visiting with friends but not as a couple, that might cause some trouble

酒店近馬路非常嘈吵 沒有窗簾早上很亮 沒有固定清潔時間，有時下午，有時上午八點毃門，但沒有請勿打擾或請清潔的牌子 房間裏什麼設施都沒有，沒有洗刷用品，沒有冰箱，沒有煮熱水的爐等等 住了很多天都沒有換床罩，枕頭套 服務水準非常一般

非常特別的房間設計，入住第一天沒注意到房間窗戶壞了沒有關上，隔天反應之後，飯店人員迅速處理了。服務人員態度熱誠。

床與枕頭偏軟。其餘都能感受到設計、用心的細節。很棒！

I like the concept, food at hotel bar was very delicious. Hotel staff was very helpful, all the transportation instructions were very clear and helpful.

The front desk staff were very courteous. The hotel room design is not ok, specifically the bathROOM, or lack thereof actually. When we walked into the room, there were 2 doors on the right, a desk and bench on the left then a very low bed. The sink was next to the bed. The doors on the right were a WC (toilet) and next to it a glass Shower Door. Both of these doors opened to the room basically. So you use the WC, step back into the room, take two steps on the carpet to step up i to you shower, with a full length mirror in it for your enjoyment. Or use the WC, take about seven steps towards your bed to wash your hands. The room was 22C and we could not find the radiator controls - they were behind the desk and difficult to access. So opened windows and room never cooled down to lower than 18.5C. Finally, the keycard/electricity activation feature gave no 10 sexons grace period, so gather up at the door to leave.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel très chaleureux pour notre lune de miel pendant environ une semaine. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance moderne et originale de l'hôtel. Le personnel est jeune, bilingue et prévenant. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très bien entretenue, la salle de bain ouverte donne un côté atypique et charmant à la pièce, le hamac est la cerise sur le gâteau ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé près des transports en commun, très facile d'accès même si vous venez à Vienne en avion. Le centre ville est à quelques stations de tramway à peine et surtout Le Belvédère est à deux minutes à pieds (un endroit fabuleux en toutes saisons). Nous avons eu l'occasion de tester quelques restaurants dans la même rue que l'hôtel, des moments très agréables !

Ottima posizione, camera confortevole, personale disponibile, ma non capisco perché si debba chiedere ogni mattina per avere la pulizia della camera!

Estancia agradable, muy cerca de la estación central, instalaciones limpias y camas muy cómodas.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, sharing and guiding area amenities.

The receptionist promised that we would get a free breakfast because there was no better VIP room available, unfortunately in the morning it turned out that we had to pay 50 Euro for breakfast, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, bad experience!!!

Room was clean, the restaurant offered a good breakfast including eggs made to order. The location was very good, next door to Belvedere Castle, and close to main railway station. However, the room was very warm and when pointing out this to reception there was little offered in terms of support, nor understanding that it's hard to sleep in 25 degress celcius. Unfortunately this did not give a good impression of the hotel as a whole.

Disappointing stay. Panorama room was a view of a cement wall and AC unit. Self check in completed prior to arrival but still took 15 minutes to get room key. Parking garage is a nightmare if you drive anything bigger than a Fiat. Staff very kind, helpful and friendly.
