Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Fabrik. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers zeigten zu einem ansprechend gestalteten Innenhof. Das Vorderhaus schirmt das Hotel wirksam gegen den auf dem Gumpendorfer Gürtel herrschenden Verkehrslärm ab, so dass wir bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr gut geschlafen haben. Zwei U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen liegen nur wenige hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Von dort sind das Zentrum der Stadt, aber auch Ziele im Westen der Stadt nach kurzer Fahrt erreichbar. Das familiengeführte Hotel bietet in persönlicher Atmosphäre einen guten und zeitgemäßen Komfort. Die Zugewandtheit des Personals ist besonders beim Frühstücken, aber auch in dem separaten Speiselokal am Eingang zum Innenhof spürbar.

We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

This hotel has a good location, only about 5 minutes walk from the Margaretengürtel U-bahn station, and there are also bikeshare bicycles at that station. I arrived in the morning and they were able to give me an early checkin, which was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the reverse cycle air conditioner worked well on the days when it was hot. The breakfast was pretty good and part of the room rate, which was nice. Overall for the price, this is an excellent option, and, as a regular traveller to Vienna, this may be my new "home" hotel.
