Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Das Restaurant ( Dienstag geschlossen) war hervoragend. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. Therefore this review is about the 2 night stay in hotel Bräurup: Positive: 1. The hotel has the elevator that is great if you carry a heavy luggage or have difficulties walking up/down stairs. 2. The complete room was very clean and tidy. 3. Spacious bathroom with large shower cabin. 4. Full buffet breakfast was very rich and tasty. 5. Spacious parking across the hotel, also included in the price of the room. 6. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 7. Very fast and stable WiFi internet connection. Negative: 1. There was only one towel in the bathroom, placed on the toilet seat cover. The towel that is usually used for the floor, when you step out of the shower. No other towels were to be found anywhere in the room. This was odd, considering the room price and the 4 star categorization. The next morning, after the room was cleaned, there were 4 normal soft towels added in the bathroom, that tells me that the stuff forgot to place all towels for the first day. 2. The bed mattress and the pillows were very soft, but I wouldn't consider this as a truly negative point, because it depends from the personal preference. It didn't work for me, but someone might like very soft beds and pillows. Overall, the hotel Bräurup is very good.
