We were passing through the region by train and made a stopover in Bruck and had booked the hotel in advance. We were very pleasantly surprised over the great service and friendliness we were met with. The view was great from the spacious room no 53 which was on the top floor with panoramic view.
We also used the little wellness section. Please remember to ask the reception to switch both the little sauna and the steam room on.
Breakfast buffet was fresh and included the normal foods.
As the restaurant was not operating at the evening we were guided to a nearby restyrant Riegler that had a romantic terrasse and served real homecooked fresh food together with local wines.
We walked from and to the train station which was a nice walk of aprox 15 min.
The hotel is not new and has a scratch here and there but in general a good deal.

Personale estremamente cortese. Ambiente pulito e curato. Ottima colazione ed e sono disponibile nel garage 3 colonnine per la ricarica. La posizione è direi ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi e anche per fare passeggiata o correre. Unica cosa relativa alla camera era un leggero odore di fumo e arredamento un po datato

The people were very nice, and the property was clean but very 1980s. There is a restaurant, but only for breakfast. The towels were threadbare, and they only have housekeeping every two days. Aircon is only on floors 4/5.

Super Lage und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und sehr bequemen Bett. In der Garage gibt es Fahrradabstellplätze, mit direktem Zugang zur Lobby.
