Rooms are small but front desk is very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is they add security locks on tye room doors for additional security and privacy.

The location was very convenient, close to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellently located for all transport links and minutes away from the airport bus, all central Vienna locations are within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. My single was a bit basic, but more than adequate. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Definitely recommended.

It was a perfect stay. Room was updated and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

Bed top small

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was great. The area has lots of bars and restaurants and is within quick walking distance to the innercity sites. The walls are pretty thin so we heard the people on both sides of us until about 11:30 at night.

Great low cost hotel very near all the major attractions! Newly renovated rooms.

The property is located in the nut Center. Very convenient and walking distance to many tourist attractions. The receptionist was not pleasant.

The hotel is on a convenient street that's not too busy and is walkable to a lot of the sights in Vienna. There's also breakfast in the mornings and for the night time there are tons of restaurants nearby that are open pretty late.

This was a good hotel in the centre of the city!

Centrally located, easily accessible

Polite friendly person at check in and check out. Room wasn’t big, but clean & looked like it had been refurbished recently. Very nice. A significant reason for choosing this hotel was the bar / lounge and the outside ‘pavement cafe’ space shown on the various web sites. Imports as we like to unwind for a hour with a coffee & brandy before bed. The evening receptionist told us that the bar wasn’t open and hadn’t been since he’d worked there. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known. Plenty of others to choose from at similar price, but with this facility. Apparently we were misled by this member of staff, but only found out when I mentioned it when checking out. No tea / coffee facilities in the room either.

No coffee machin, there is Indian restoranta it was nice food but small and little hot but food was good.

Great facilities, well furnished and clean rooms. Very convenient place to stay for travelling in Vienna. Very accommodating staff as well.
