It’s not so comfortable to sleep by sofa bed. But the reception staff is nice which would give you the good option while you buy the Salzburg card.👍

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.There is a microwave in each room with paper cups and wooden utensils provided which was perfect for me as I could buy food from nearby convienent stores and consume in the room. One problem was that the check-out time was early 10:30am in the morning which was a bit too early to me then.

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the room was a nice size and very clean. We walked to historic Salzburg in about 25 minutes. There is a nice bakery across the street so we could grab a breakfast sandwich and latte and make our way to all the sights. We would definitely stay here again

Good location, bus station in front of hotel, easy go to the center with free bus pass that is provided by the hotel

Nice, comfortable, tidy room. Reasonable hours for staffing. Excellent breakfast that consisted of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, fruit, scrambled eggs, and various toppings like honeys and jams; though breakfast does cost extra. Sometimes it’s much cheaper when booked on Hotels.com than with the hotel or in person (€15 per breakfast, but I think we only paid $2 per day with Hotels.com). Bus stops right outside that takes you downtown, and the bus to the airport is about 100 yards away. Would stay again!

The property has parking space and very close to city transit. It’s relatively close to attraction and airport.

Balkon bräuchte unbedingt eine Überdachung. Bei Regen kann man sich nur mit Regenschirm draußen aufhalten dass ist sehr schlecht

We had a great stay, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with all you need. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff is friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it!

Veruly nice hotel woth nice mountains view.

위치와 전망은 매우 만족하였지만 아쉬운 점은 객실청소가 제대로 되질않아 바닥에 먼지가 그대로 있고 아침에 마신 컵에 묻었던 여성용 입술 화장품인 붉은 루주가 청소가 끝난 저녁에 그대로 묻어있었습니다.

Great staff. Really accommodates any requests. Would return.

렌트카로 여행하시는 분들에게는 좋은 숙소입니다. 주차장도 크고 바로 앞에 버스 정류장도 있어서 위치도 좋습니다. 예약과 관련해서 어려운 점이 발생했었지만 잘 처리해 주었습니다.

Alles war super

The double bed was very big, and the extra bed from an easy chair was also good, with space to move around the room. The ground floor room was fine, not noisy (no noise heard from the airport). There is a bakery that also serves coffee just opposite the hotel (to save money on breakfast). The check-in staff were excellent, spoke very good English. Check out was hassle-free.

Not too far from Salzburg city centre. We were given free bus passes as well because of we paid city taxes as visitors. Most of the staff at the reception were very helpful. Specifically a new member of staff and she was under training. One thing I wasn’t impressed was they charged me €5 euros for a bit of milk. The experience staff member was training this new girl and when I asked for milk at the reception she didn’t mention anything about I have to pay for it. I was only asking for an extra sachet of milk to make a coupe of coffee. I was informed that guests only allowed the sachets in the room for the day.
