The staff is very friendly and offers help proactively. The breakfast is very good and it’s very nice to be able to have it early in the morning before we go to catch the early train.

酒店在老城核心区，马路对面过因桥就是黄金屋顶，窗口看出去就是因桥。开车的小伙伴，先在酒店门口（门口30米范围都可）把行李放下，然后check in。拿到房卡后，前台会给车库地图和，拐个弯就到。用房卡刷车库门，自己把车停好就行，停车费每晚12欧。前台提供优惠券，买东西和缆车都打九折。

地點好，越過橋就是購物商圈。走路3分鐘就有投幣式洗衣店。

此酒店風格比較老,房間是用鑰匙進入.對於喜歡復古風格的客人應該會不錯的體驗.還有不錯茶飲在房間可以自己泡飲.浴室比較小.早餐很不錯.服務人員很棒.

Our room was wonderful. We looked out over the river towards old town. Even though we were directly above a busy road, we did not hear it due to the high quality windows. It was easy to walk to Innsbruck Old Town and enjoy a beer. Behind the hotel is an excellent pizzeria. Their pizza is the best. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

The front desk staff members were excellent! They offered great tips for exploring the city, passes, and tasty dining options. Also, the small bar was a cozy, quiet place to play cards and have a drink. Kudos to the attentive bartender and the breakfast staff!

We cannot say enough good about this hotel. The staff were all so wonderful! Very pleasant and so accommodating. The room was beautiful. We had an incredible view overlooking the river and old town area. The old town was a couple minute walk. So was the gondola. We would stay here again anytime and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Innsbruck.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The moment I stepped outside the front door, I was greeted with a vibrant street lined with boutiques, cafés, transportation and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk

What an amazing place!!! Historical site established in 1473, great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff - and a cosy little bar that was a hidden gem. Ask the staff for the history of the hotel, the town, recommendations for F&B .. they are amazing. Totally recommend the Mondschein - and have a peek at your ceiling when you turn out your room light at night ... you will be amazed! 🤗

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal

The property was close to Old Town. Very convenient. Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful with tourist information.

Ein sehr gutes renoviertes Hotel. Preis ist relativ hoch nach der Renovierung, entspricht aber der Zimmergrösse und dem Zustand des Hotels.

Als Gruppe im Hotel. Schöne Zimmer und feines Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt. Gelebte Gastfreundschaft vom Personal vor allem beim Frühstück.

The hotel was in a great location, room was a good size, shower was wonderful and breakfast and dining room lovely. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Just wish the room wasn’t so noisy from the bar below. This may not apply to the entire property, but we were on the backside, room 48 and the 2 nights we were there, there was loud noise until 2 am from the hostel/bar below.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was some hair left in the shower from a previous guest. We kind of wished there were different pillow options, as the ones in the room were quite high. Aircondition worked well! Breakfast was decent, though not as varied as we expected. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful, and we would recommend staying here!

Ja wo soll ich anfangen… Wir waren selten in so einem tollen Hotel. Vom Check in bis zum Abschied war alles perfekt. Ein ganz besonderer lieber Gruß und ein großes Dankeschön geht an Gina aus dem Service. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen 👍 Lg von den Leipzigern
