The staff is very friendly and offers help proactively. The breakfast is very good and it’s very nice to be able to have it early in the morning before we go to catch the early train.

酒店在老城核心区，马路对面过因桥就是黄金屋顶，窗口看出去就是因桥。开车的小伙伴，先在酒店门口（门口30米范围都可）把行李放下，然后check in。拿到房卡后，前台会给车库地图和，拐个弯就到。用房卡刷车库门，自己把车停好就行，停车费每晚12欧。前台提供优惠券，买东西和缆车都打九折。

地點好，越過橋就是購物商圈。走路3分鐘就有投幣式洗衣店。

此酒店風格比較老,房間是用鑰匙進入.對於喜歡復古風格的客人應該會不錯的體驗.還有不錯茶飲在房間可以自己泡飲.浴室比較小.早餐很不錯.服務人員很棒.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Many thanks to you. If I have a chance to return to Innsbruck I will definitely return to Mondschein. Thank you!

Our second time staying and loved it as much as the first. The room was clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The hotel receptionist was rude. The reserved room was a family room and very nice, however, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, and this was the problem I had with the hotel. We argued to resolve this issue, and in the end, they wanted to call the police on me. The receptionist didn't believe me when I told her about the bad smell of cigarettes, and it was necessary to call a witness to expose her. When instructing the person who witnessed the event, the receptionist spoke in German instead of English, I believe so that I wouldn't understand what she was saying. My daughters had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, since the room reserved for them to sleep was unusable because of the smell. In addition, they charged me again for parking the car, which I paid for to hotels.com along with my reservation. I made a new payment. In short, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't return to this hotel. Decide for yourself if this hotel is good to stay in or not.

Love the friendly and welcoming receptionist and the general atmosphere. Rooms are nicely redecorated and the location is ideal for exploring Innsbruck.

This hotel was the PERFECT location for exploring Innsbruck. The scenery was stunning with the mountains behind, plenty of restaurants across the street and bridge, the Golden Roof across the bridge, and plenty of shopping, groceries, and ice cream! And buses. The staff were phenomenal. The lady in the breakfast dining room who seated us was an absolute jewel. There is nothing but wonderful things about this hotel.

Our room was wonderful. We looked out over the river towards old town. Even though we were directly above a busy road, we did not hear it due to the high quality windows. It was easy to walk to Innsbruck Old Town and enjoy a beer. Behind the hotel is an excellent pizzeria. Their pizza is the best. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.
