The staff is very friendly and offers help proactively. The breakfast is very good and it’s very nice to be able to have it early in the morning before we go to catch the early train.

酒店在老城核心区，马路对面过因桥就是黄金屋顶，窗口看出去就是因桥。开车的小伙伴，先在酒店门口（门口30米范围都可）把行李放下，然后check in。拿到房卡后，前台会给车库地图和，拐个弯就到。用房卡刷车库门，自己把车停好就行，停车费每晚12欧。前台提供优惠券，买东西和缆车都打九折。

地點好，越過橋就是購物商圈。走路3分鐘就有投幣式洗衣店。

此酒店風格比較老,房間是用鑰匙進入.對於喜歡復古風格的客人應該會不錯的體驗.還有不錯茶飲在房間可以自己泡飲.浴室比較小.早餐很不錯.服務人員很棒.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, well- located for exploring Innsbruck. Cannot fault it. Would very happily stay again!

First the positives, nice hotel, wonderful view (if you book the pricey river view), and very central and close to the old town. On the not so good is the hassle of not being able to park in front of the hotel, so if you're traveling with lots of luggage and kids, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. One staff member at check in was very rude and unable to explain inconsistencies in pricing, which is why we would not return to this place and also recommend not visiting. In general, although a nice hotel in good location, it is overpriced and there are certainly better (and friendlier) options in town.

We only stayed one night but we liked this hotel very much. Parking and drop off by our hotel shuttle was the only part that was a hassle because it is right on a busy road with no place for the taxi to stop to let you get your bags in or out. There was very heavy snow while we were there so this made it even more of a challenge since we had all of our snow ski stuff. But otherwise a fantastic place.

Room was perfect. Spacious. Bathroom and shower was powerful. No kettle or tea facilities.

Excelente ubicacion

Great location with easy walking access to Aldstadt. Despite the proximity to the road the room was totally silent thanks to the triple glazed windows. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. The building itself is beautiful and old but with modern comforts. Spent a lovely couple of nights in the hotel bar which is really cosy Special thanks to the reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful, thanks to them we had a fantastic couple of days up the mountains with our welcome cards giving us free travel. Patrick in particular was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, a great shower, and friendly, helpful staff. Things to improve: - The ski locker room. It is dark, dirty and without even a place to sit to change your boots. It does not fit to the hotel at all. Just cleaning it (it had spider webs the size of my head and dust everywhere), adding some light and some bench would be ok. - Behind the hotel there is some bar or pub that on the weekends open till late. I needed to use tabs to sleep on Saturday.

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
