地點適中，其他非常差，服務態度不佳、電梯故障、毛巾太舊、浴室沒有拉簾、浴室門無法關閉，外面施工吵雜、房間有異味是我住過最糟的旅館，希望不要再推薦給其他的遊客

Ich war innerhalb kurzer Zeit zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim ersten Mal bekam ich ein Zimmer im ersten Stock neben dem Aufzug. Es war laut. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits ein zweites Mal ein Zimmer gebucht hatte, kam ich mit Ohrstöpseln an. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock war in Ordnung. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Frühstückspreis spielte bei der Entscheidung eine wichtige Rolle. Beim letzten Mal bekam ich ein Zimmer im fünften Stock, wo das Badezimmer teilweise renoviert worden war. Eine kleine Spinne webte ihr Netz auf dem Kleiderbügel. Das Zimmer war sehr laut, obwohl es durch ein Badezimmer vom Nachbarzimmer getrennt war. Vom späten Abend bis zum Check-out musste ich mir ein lautstark streitendes Paar anhören. Beim Check-out stellte sich heraus, dass ich dieses Mal 15 Euro extra für das Frühstück zahlen musste. Das bedeutet, dass Preis und Serviceniveau hinter meinen Erwartungen zurückbleiben.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad sah sehr abgenutzt aus (der Fön schaltete nach extrem kurzer Zeit ab, so dass die Haare nur in Etappen zu trocknen waren). Beim Frühstück kann jeder etwas für sich etwas entdecken. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus okay.

Súper recomendable, sumamente limpio, el personal muy atento, medios de transporte a unos pasos, la verdad 10 de 10. Ampliamente recomendado para viajar solo, en pareja con la familia. Cuando regrese a Austria buscaré quedarme aquí nuevamente sin duda.

Nice and polite reception. Unfortunately only one key for two persons. The pillows were terrible, so very soft that you wake up with headache. We asked for one more, they gave us but still not comfortable. Big problem with the internet! They gave us a 7 day’s password that we could use only on two devices (f.ex. 2 mobiles). Any other device could not connect in Wi-Fi even if you disconnect from mobiles.

It was decent, a bit of a walk downtown and the metro was under repair while we were there but clean and friendly staff

Great staff and stay

Friendly staff, the room was small as was the bathroom. No fridge in the room. The buffet breakfast was nice, good selection of food and drinks.

Goed 3 sterren hotel, badkamer mag wel groter.

Location of the hotel is okay. You can walk to city center in 30 min or you can use tramvay and subway. Tramvay station is next to the hotel but subway station is 15-20 min by walking. Hygiene was not perfect. Hotel workers were kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was very nice, clean, there is an elevator, and the breakfast buffet was amazing; very tasty, and a lot of choice (a lot!). Staff was kind, although some were more than others. One person at the reception in particular was very kind and helpful, and offered something extra that I had misread as included. I get that some of the comments say it is old, but I thought the rooms were pretty and I was fully satisfied by it.

Frühstück für Jugendliche ist nicht gut,im Badezimmer duschgel ist nicht gut,könnte besser und paar Sachen mehr davei sein. Baustellen Lärm

Hotel obviously old building bit creaky around the floors. Our room looked like a chunk was taken out for the lift to be installed and not well insulated. Nice little bar area and decent breakfast room and breakfast not too bad. 2 minute walk to a train station public transport exceptional in Vienna for getting about.

逆に不便だから静かで良かったかも知れない。

Mucho ruido se olle el agua de los baños de las otras habitaciones. Se olle el crujir del suelo de la planta de arriba. No tenía persiana y me desperté a las 7 con el sol que entraba entre las cortinas. Y a las 8:30 ya se oía a la de la limpieza. No descansa nada
