The hotel is a bit out of town and has an impersonal feel to it, more like a student dorm than a hotel. The staff at reception were not the friendliest that I have seen. On both mornings before breakfast, I was told that my 'breakfast was not included', despite making it absolutely clear and confirming on arrival that I had paid for breakfast. Endless maze-like corridors to get to the room. Is this really a 4 star hotel?!

Oda genel temizdi yine de daha iyi olabilirdi, havlular temizdi her gün değiştirildi. Yatak küçüktü genel konforlu ses yoktu. Metroya ulaşım 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Memnun kaldık.

Vicino alle metro molto comoda per visitare Vienna. Molto silenziosa abbiamo dormito bene,i cuscini singoli e molto schiacciati non erano il massimo. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati benissimo colazione buona ed abbandondante

Das Personal war durchweg hilfbereit und kompetent, immer freundlich und schnell zur Stelle, wenn mann etwas brauchte.
Das Zimmer war gross,sauber und geflegt.
Auch die Lage ist ideal- die U Bahn-Station liegt direkt um die Ecke, und man hat eine sehr gute Verbindung ins Stadt..

Bett für 2 Personen zu schmal, Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Dachflächenfenster - durch leichten Nieselregen sprang der automatische Sensor zum Schließen der Fenster an, die Raumluft war stickig...dies würde ich bei nächstmaliger Buchung sofort ablehnen
