维也纳普拉特酒店

我在房间28号。Wifi在房间根本用不了。Check-in以后立刻发现了这个问题，跟前台反应以后，工作人员把路由器关了重启，当时信号有了一点点，用了一会网查了一下攻略我就出去玩了。到晚上9点半回来，网又用不了，给前台打电话，前台说他也帮不了我，还说如果需要用网络就去走廊上。这简直太不可理喻了。我跑去前台让他试着能不能把路由器再次重启一下，他说他不会。我真的很生气，因为网络对我来说很重要！于是晚上10点，打电话给了酒店经理。在酒店经理的指导下他重启了路由器，但是房间依旧没网。我没办法只能在酒店大堂用大堂wifi查旅游攻略以及跟朋友联系。为了用网络我在大堂待到晚上11点多！！！对于4星级酒店来说简直不可理喻！第二天退房的时候我跟前台和经理再次反映了这个事情，他们只会说，很抱歉，只能说你运气不好了！也没说提供早餐或者退一部分钱给我作为补偿！！！这次的入住经历我觉得非常糟糕！！

Very nice experience: helpful receptionist, perfect location near all sorts of transportation, a number of amazing local restaurants in the vicinity.

旅館的空間比我想像中的寬敞許多, 一走入令人有明亮的舒適感; 擺設新穎很溫馨具有美感,讓人頗有家的感覺; 設備也相當貼心有膠囊咖啡機(附有免費咖啡膠囊); 服務人員非常親切有禮; 距離最市中心約2-3站的地鐵距離, 走路到地鐵站也只要5分鐘; CP質高; 非常值得推薦與體驗

客房清洁度挺好，服务质量很好，有welcome drink，酒店位置距市中心地铁两站距离，性价比很高。

服務生服務態度很好，離地鐵站近附近有超商，房間乾淨舒適，下次再去會考慮入住！而且因為較晚時間回飯店了服務人員都還是會幫忙開門～

前台老先生很和蔼，每位房客提供一杯免费咖啡喝茶

飯店沒有自己的停車場，車子停在外面的馬路上，結果被拖吊，繳了251歐元罰單；入住19號房，wifi訊號幾乎等於零

地理位置非常好,酒店靠近火車及地鐵和輕軌站,出行非常方便,而車站內外有很多食店,進行早,午,晚餐很方便.站內又有超市及商店.配套周到.

My wife and I stay here for four night to visit Vienna. It's a classic style, friendly, good location, with nice breakfast and comfortable hotel. Everyone is kindly, treat us like family. Near Praterstern Station is convenient to downtown and airport (take S7). There are some coffee shop, family restaurant and supermarket near hotel. We are very satisfied with Hotel Vienna.

价格适当，清洁干净，离市区近，总体感受很好。但是WIFI信号不好，特别是楼上房间根本没有信号，又不给换房，感觉不好。

酒店交通很方便，去机场和超市都是直达。就是房间小了点，基本欧洲酒店都这样

靠近維也納的北車站,離遊樂園和UNO CITY (坐地鐵) 都蠻近的, 要去百水公寓或kUNST HAUS 要走一段路,網路連線蠻快的,早餐選擇有一點少,服務人員態度優良,很和藹可親,也會回答旅遊的問題,進市中心要靠地鐵或電車(TRAM)

It is only 1.5 Km from the hotel to city. The hotel is historical but not feel old. Its good to stay in this hotel if you are staying in Vienna for traveling.

Staff members are nice. Breakfast was good. You can enjoy glasses of champagne at breakfast time.

Amazing location. Safe area. Right next to theme park and metro to get everywhere. Loved it.

The room was spacious and clean. All The staff were outstanding. Very helpful in explaining how the transport worked which helped us enormously. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items to choose from. The staff was very prompt in topping up items that were low. There were many restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach of the hotel. Transport links into the city centre was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Pretty much everything was amazing. The place was comfortable and clean, attached to a bar with very friendly staff willing to be helpful and answer any questions. A good array of optons at the breakfast buffet. Fans provided in the roomwere a gamechanger in the heatwave. Our only flaws were that the area nearby was strangely quiet, with the shops seeming to always be closed and some lovely pubs that seemed like nobody goes there? And the glass door on the bathroom that could be seen through from the bed meant we had to vacate the room, etc. at certain times so we could each have some privacy; odd choice. But everything we wanted to see had very easy transport links from the hotel, and the area felt very safe.

Fantastic place. Warm and friendly and best breakfast.
