Excellent location, right next to St Stephan's cathderal and the main town square. Very helpful and efficient staff. Triple room was very tight and sound proofing between rooms not ideal. Air conditioning did not function too well resulting in overly hot room. Overall, a good hotel in a great location!

Difícil discernir qual o ponto mais positivo (!) do hotel! A medalha de ouro, todavia, vai para a localização (impecável em todos os sentidos), com a prata, por muito pouco, para a equipe (sempre cortês, atenciosa e eficiente). Café também merece destaque, com padrão de qualidade mantido por toda a estadia. Quarto amplo, confortável e extremamente limpo. Sistema de aquecimento funciou perfeitamente (e fora mais que necessário diante do frio que experimentamos na cidade). Entorno de múltiplos cafés e restaurantes, e uma estação de metrô muito próxima. Um adendo para o carinho na recepção, com um presente nos esperando em função de viagem de lua-de-mel. É uma estadia para repetir, sempre, em Viena!

Bar was closed by 11 pm on Sat and did not open on the Sunday? Odd for a 4* hotel. We returned 10pm Sunday for a Digestif, sin said it was not open?!?
