高貴的設計，全新的裝修，由舊房子改健，有電梯。房間及洗手間很寬敞，有空調及熱水煲，早丶晚飯水平高，早餐房也溫馨，附近沒有便利店，有遊樂場可以充水，行15分鐘到纜車站、凱旋門、火車站丶巴士站等景點，超推薦！

The hotel is actually kinda old. We booked for 2 people room but finally they offer us a 3 person room which is kind of strange. Space are wasted for the extra bed.

離火車站近，多數景點徒步可到達，服務態度好，早餐也不錯，客房乾淨

離車站及巴士站很近，酒店服務很好，房間很新，大堂及部分房間仍在裝修，出入有些不便，附近餐廳較少，但酒店本身值得推薦

2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay..
