高貴的設計，全新的裝修，由舊房子改健，有電梯。房間及洗手間很寬敞，有空調及熱水煲，早丶晚飯水平高，早餐房也溫馨，附近沒有便利店，有遊樂場可以充水，行15分鐘到纜車站、凱旋門、火車站丶巴士站等景點，超推薦！

The hotel is actually kinda old. We booked for 2 people room but finally they offer us a 3 person room which is kind of strange. Space are wasted for the extra bed.

Very nice hotel. Close to everything. Staff was great.

This property is looking a little tired in areas although the rooms in particular bathroom had been upgraded. One issue we found was the raised floor into the bathroom having the same floor tiles as the lower level we both lost our footing several times as you do not realise the level change. Personally I did not like the openesss of the bathroom and the glass wall. It may have felt different if It was not right by the entrance to the room! The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring Innsbruck as it is in easy walking distance. Thankfully the construction site opposite did not affect us as we stayed over a weekend.

The lack of coffee in the rooms is both strange and undisclosed - at no point is this made clear, and no logical explanation is given. There is also no clothes iron in the room, and no ironing service (without washing) is available. Also, for a property that defines itself by its restaurant, the breakfast offering is quite disappointing. Little choice, absolutely no changes and food that tastes underwhelming at best. After hours (so from 9pm onwards) your only dining options are to leave the property or to make do with the vending machines that are poorly stocked with chocolates, sweets and soft drinks (no sandwiches, fruits or coffee for example). Shame, given that the hotel is in a prime location that is walking distance to almost everything. Then again, Innsbruck town centre isn’t particularly large so most hotels will also be relatively easy to walk to/from.

Proche du centre historique

Will be a nice area once construction on their road is complete. Hotel itself is nice. Parked at the train station and walked a couple blocks to hotel.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. Good location for our needs. The only downside was the building work across the road but not a reflection on the hotel.

Mooi klassiek hotel data dateert uit 1896. Verwacht dus geen ultra nieuw hotel. Schoon, mooi slaapkamer met hele goede bedden. Prima ontbijt. Dicht bij het centrum en het treinstation.

We had a great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
