Great property. Loved the spa and pool but didn’t like the owners dog barking ever night until the small hours.

Great view with large rooms for Europe

Super séjour. Hotel très bien placé pour visiter Innsbruck et le Tyrol. Hotel très confortable, personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner au top.

The view from some rooms were good. The setting is quiet and peaceful.

Wurden herzlich begrüßt von Maria. Auch das andere Personal war sehr zuvor kommend. Für uns war es völlig in Ordnung alle zwei Tage das Zimmer zu reinigen, wegen der Nachhaltigkeit. Waren allerdings nur zu zweit im Zimmer. Hatten das Zimmer Alpenrose mit Balkon gebucht und das war sehr geräumig. Negativ war der Preis für 1/4 Wein (10.50 Euro) das fanden wir sehr teuer. Essen war gut bürgerliche Küche. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Ein nettes Hotel mit recht großen Zimmern! Der Pool ist klein aber 32° warm!

Location is great, 5 minutes walk away from the tram station. Room cleaning service seemed to forget to clean our rooms on the first night… Service is terrible - my family was the only few Asians staying during that period and we felt a huge difference between the service attitude to us versus caucasians. One night we decided to have dinner in the hotel, we showed up in the restaurant and was immediately questioned very rudely by a staff (short haired, chubby staff) whether we’re guests of the hotel. Upon saying yes, she commanded us to show her our keys and rolled her eyes. When other non-Asian guests show up, the service attitude is completely different and we were hurt by this experience :(

Beide Dampfbäder waren nicht an. Öffnungszeiten der Sauna stark eingeschränkt.

We booked thinking this was a luxury hotel, but it wasn't - When we checked in there was a dark haired girl at the front desk, she told as our room number and nothing else (like dining hours, hotel ammenities, etc) - The wifi wasn't working at all - We had the smallest shower, we could barely get clean in there. - We asked if we could dine one night and we were rudely told "NO!" We later found out that they prepare the food for the number of ppl who commit to dinner plans during the day of the dinner. Again, I wish we had been told about that by the checkin lady - they had a practice of setting the keys out in the lobby. Since we were only given one key when we checked in, i assumed that there was only one key to the room. I was horrified to discover our other room key sitting on the peg board with the room number displayed on the key chain in full view of anyone who enters through the door of the hotel. For this reason alone we would never stay there again - When we checked out, a different lady (who was much more pleasant) presented me with the full bill. When i said we had already paid it- she at first tried to argue with me but then she looked it up on expedia and (surprise, surprise) we had - There were other instances where we didnt feel welcome - like being scolded for sitting in the wrong table for breakfast or afternoon snack. it was really annoying. - it's such a shame b/c they have a 5 star location and view. They really need to update their procedures....

Schönes Hotel mit Pool und Sauna. Gute Lage zum Bahnhof.

Have been traveling the world, much of it in Europe for 35 years, and Hotel Seppl is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous with a mixture of old world Europe and a modern touch as well. We signed up for half board and the breakfast and dinner were varied and sumptuous, with a strong lean on local cuisine. For the body, this hotel can’t be beat! Their spa facilities included a sauna, steam room, physiotherapy sauna, outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Also they had a massage room. We are cyclists and Hotel Seppl is not only located amidst 100 of kilometers of road, mtn and gravel riding trails, they also rent E-bikes on their premises! Running this whole wonderful hotel was a truly outstanding manager who had answers for all our questions and went above and beyond several times for us! You simply can’t beat this incredible hotel and we will be back again!!!

God modtagelse i receptionen, sikker cykelparkering i aflåst rum, mulighed for at vaske cyklen. Lille men fyldestgørende pool og spaområde. Panoramarestaurant mod bjergende, meget smukt. God morgenmad. Rigtig godt værelse med brus og badekar. Venligt personale i restauranten. Offentlig transport få meter fra hotellet.

The view and grounds were fantastic. The staff could have been more attentive when we were sitting the bar area playing cards.

Die "Suite" mit "Aussicht auf eine Berglandschaft" war auf der dem Bergpanorama abgewandten Seite im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Stubaitalbahn, Gespräch mit Personal zeigte, dass dies wohl nicht das erste Mal auf Kritik stösst. Zimmer war im Gegensatz zu den gezeigten Bildern ziemlich dunkel, Wohnbereich mit Blick aufs gekachelte Bad ohne Tür wirkt ungemütlich. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher gab's nicht. Wellnessbereich war stundenlang durch tobende Kinder im angrenzenden Schwimmbad sehr unruhig. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr sauber und nett.
