We really enjoyed our stay, it was a spacious room, good beakfast with easy parking. The bus stop was right next to the hotel which made it easy to visit Salzburg.

very clean and comfortable room. Staff were amazing, especially in the restaurant, the wait staff very friendly and helpful. highly recommend this hotel for any trip to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden area.

房間超乎想像很大，兩大加兩孩童入住，給了兩張雙人床再加一單人床，房中房的隔局，三大行李箱打開仍不會擁擠。電梯也是特色，常看歐美電視影集的常看到。推薦家庭旅遊可以考慮這家飯店喔

The breakfast was great. The bed and room were clean. While the room felt a little dated, they had the best wooden shoe horn! Reception staff were helpful. The location is great for the mountain cable car, which is totally worth doing, especially if you have the Salzburg pass.

The front desk lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful to offer to hold our luggage until check-in at 3 pm. The hotel is unassuming to find out that the dinner was great and our waiter, Lucas was very friendly and personable. Most people were speaking Austrian and/or German but communication with Lucas was transparent because he spoke English so well. Breakfast was very good and clean with very prompt service. The only thing I would ask to improve is to have portable air conditioning units installed. The one in the room was a stand up vertical fan. I would come back and recommend others to this hotel!
