兹普瑟酒店

近市政廳及地鐵站，餐廳酒店附近都有很方便。酒店的早餐很豐富且美味，咖啡很好喝。 房間裡沒有冷氣設備，這裡日夜溫差大，打開窗戶透風也是可以，冬天就不會有怕熱的問題存在。 走路到中央咖啡廳約15分鐘，市政廳對面還有另一家蘭德曼咖啡廳，很推薦在蘭德曼咖啡廳用餐。

Personale gentile e professionale

Hotel was very clean. Shower was excellent. The hotel information should have provided instructions for the heat (which was more than sufficient). They use radiators (covered by the window curtains) and there is a tial and error period to get it just right. The breakfast was okay - better than some but not as good as others we've been to. Staff were very professional and responsive. Beds were super comfortable (pillows were okay). Definitely deserving of their 3 stars.

Great location if going for the Xmas market area. Superior Hotel room was spacious and the balcony to the garden area was a nice bonus. Great breakfast buffet option available with a variety of options. Staff was friendly and available 24 hrs. The young gentleman at the front reception was especially helpful! For the price, you would expect more updated rooms but still a decent option.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the Christmas Markets were a short walk. Good buffet breakfast.

The room was spotless, the breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area. There are lots of restaurant nearby to choose from too.

Nice big room centrally located. Great service. Great Breakfast. Easy parking. Stay here a couple of years ago. plus this current trip. Would definitely rebook for any trip to Vienna.

Rent. Mycket bra fasta sängar. Ok frukost. Svagt kaffe. Hämtade och använde istället nescafepåsar från rummet. Bra organisation. Perfekt läge i Wien på en lugn gata. Nära till U-bahn station Rathaus.

Dans son jus mais propre spacieux. Décoration minimaliste. Un petit rafraîchissement ne serait pas inutile. Personnel sympathique

Very spacious room in excellent location near Rauthaus. Very walkable area to Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful shower in huge bathroom. Close to restaurants, stores and cafes. Bed was a little hard for my own liking. In room coffee/tea/fridge was appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean however the water was draining slow in the shower and when we went downstairs to tell the front desk the lady rolled her eyes. The next day while taking a shower the bathroom flooded. The younger gentleman with dark hair was very helpful and had it fixed. Most of the staff do not speak good English but the younger dark hair gentleman did.

The hotel was only a 10 min walk to the Xmas which was very good in comparison to the palace one. Hotel good value for the money

Everything was wonderful! We will stay there again if we are ever in Vienna :)

Lovely clean hotel. Ideally situated for Xmas markets. Breakfast really good, plenty of choice.

Good location ( 4 minute walk to Rathaus) friendly staff, our room is big with high ceiling and clean, breakfast has excellent selection
