Lage super, haben auch einen Parkplatz wenn gebraucht (am Wochenende kann man auch auf der Strasse parken). Alles sehr korrekt, hat genau den Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war eher minimalistische Qualität - alles korrekt und ok, aber man merkt, es wird da nicht extra irgendwie was gemacht (keine Bio-Eier usw). Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, und daher auch meine volle Bewertung.

The room was spotless, the breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area. There are lots of restaurant nearby to choose from too.

Nice big room centrally located. Great service. Great Breakfast. Easy parking. Stay here a couple of years ago. plus this current trip. Would definitely rebook for any trip to Vienna.

近市政廳及地鐵站，餐廳酒店附近都有很方便。酒店的早餐很豐富且美味，咖啡很好喝。
房間裡沒有冷氣設備，這裡日夜溫差大，打開窗戶透風也是可以，冬天就不會有怕熱的問題存在。
走路到中央咖啡廳約15分鐘，市政廳對面還有另一家蘭德曼咖啡廳，很推薦在蘭德曼咖啡廳用餐。

Hotel was very clean. Shower was excellent. The hotel information should have provided instructions for the heat (which was more than sufficient). They use radiators (covered by the window curtains) and there is a tial and error period to get it just right. The breakfast was okay - better than some but not as good as others we've been to. Staff were very professional and responsive. Beds were super comfortable (pillows were okay). Definitely deserving of their 3 stars.

Great location if going for the Xmas market area. Superior Hotel room was spacious and the balcony to the garden area was a nice bonus. Great breakfast buffet option available with a variety of options. Staff was friendly and available 24 hrs. The young gentleman at the front reception was especially helpful!
For the price, you would expect more updated rooms but still a decent option.

Very spacious room in excellent location near Rauthaus. Very walkable area to Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful shower in huge bathroom. Close to restaurants, stores and cafes. Bed was a little hard for my own liking. In room coffee/tea/fridge was appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean however the water was draining slow in the shower and when we went downstairs to tell the front desk the lady rolled her eyes. The next day while taking a shower the bathroom flooded. The younger gentleman with dark hair was very helpful and had it fixed. Most of the staff do not speak good English but the younger dark hair gentleman did.
