Typical ibis hotel room, but this one is a bit old-fashioned, basically the room is not the stylish type, and there was no kettle. When we checked in, the waste water tube of the shower was stuck, luckily the maintenance staff came to fix it. Breakfast selection was nice, hotel staff was very helpful, but just the room and the facilities were a bit below our expectation.

Good location and easy to catch tram 6 and 18. People are nice. Pitty that I can smell oil smoke in restaurant, and clothes are full of it after breakfast.

離西火車站走路拖大行李大概10-15分鐘, 櫃台很親切入住順利, 房間沒有提供入住免費瓶裝水, 也沒有冰箱, 牙膏牙刷要自己帶, 房間環境乾淨但隔音沒有很好, Wifi 免費速度還算快, 早餐部分滿豐富的但是如果每天吃應該會膩, 可以走到西站附近有其他的選擇 (麵包咖啡店,土耳其捲餅披薩或是麥當勞); 這邊去熊布朗宮搭電車很方便, 也可以搭地鐵去市中心 (聖史帝芬廣場) ; 附近比較沒有逛的地方, 超市大概要過馬路穿過一個教堂的大街 (大概走10分鐘), 當初選這家是因為飛機抵達機場晚上11點, 而機場巴士剛好有直接到西站的路線, 這邊的住宿價格也會比市中心經濟一點....

One of the receptionists is impolite. I don't know why he just repeat the single word and not answer the question. However, the hotel is at the convenient location. If you want to have a quick stay, it is acceptable but do not expect you will get a satisfied service in there.

隔音差，房內可以聽到房外聲音...浴室很小，距離離西站不算遠

Nice location and nearby metro and train station. It would be better to provide hot water bottle and slope for luggage moving at entrance.

飯店離維也納西站步行大約5分鐘，位置方便，床很舒服，環境整潔。

Very good location, with train station in walking distance. The busiest shopping street is just around the corner which is really convenient.

該飯店應該是周遭規模最大的飯店，一出車站走5~10分鐘即可到達，然而鬧中取靜，附近並未有太多喧嘩。附近有營業到很晚的超市與小店，機能也很好。
