Excellent service location buffette

The hotel's location is convenient to get to the city center. Convenient parking for a car, of course for a fee but worth it. Great breakfast. The room we chose was small but comfortable and very clean, but the bathroom was very, very small and uncomfortable for two people. The bathroom must be enlarged. The hotel is very old but well maintained. Recommend the hotel

The property is a dated and the bed was rather squeaky. The bathroom was on the small side and oddly oriented. Most of the staff were pleasant but it was unfortunate that I witnessed the front desk person rolled her eyes when another guest was simply asking for a pen replacement as the one she had wasn't working. The front desk person was impatient and I was surprised to see that she wasn't even trying to hide it..... This did not happen to me in person but I'm not a fan of how the staff acted. It was however such a small thing, not sure why the staff acted so impatient.

Loved everything about this place. The staff was very friendly, especially the blonde woman working the front of the breakfast (I forget her name).

Their buffect was great just my second best, of course from another Intercontinental Hotel, easy access to metro, and "walkable distance" to the main shopping street, so excellent!, would definetly repeat the stay, no need to look for another Hotel.

Hotel bit dated, but staff were very friendly and courteous. Very convenient location.

Clean rooms, good restaurants and bar. Walking distance to all first district.

There were seven people in our group so we booked four rooms for two nights. Everyone agreed that the rooms and the staff were excellent.

We Visit Vienna every year and always stay at the Intercontinental. See you next year !!

The hotel and staff were amazing, and the bar OMG, is a beauty. One of my favorites Intercontinental hotels.

Very small bathroom, with no ventilation and super low ceiling

Hotel needs renovation. Also Better clean service.

We could not experience the area in depth due to heavy rain, but looks very nice
