Spacious, clean, excellent value. Expedia doesn't sent them the email which caused issue for check-in. This caused a bit of stress and seems like an easily avoidable problem (use Expedia messages or something). On-site staff was very helpful solving the problem, very good overall.

Roomy apartment!

Apartamento a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de Viena en tranvía. Ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos y sin ruidos. Pequeña cocina con los indispensable. Calefacción un poco justa pero confortable. Si vas en verano no tienen aire acondicionado, van con ventiladores. Para decir algo a mejorar solo tienen 8 taquillas para guardar las maletas y nos tuvimos que esperar hasta las 13:30 para subir en el apartamento, cosa a agradecer porqué el check in es a las 15:00. Personal muy atento y agradable. A la salida sí que pudimos usar las taquillas y guardar las maletas hasta la tarde. Si algún día volvemos a Viena seguro que repetiría.

Chambre niquel, agréable et bien située

Everything was just as described, a very clean and modern property in a friendly neighbourhood. The room is a good size with comfortable bedding, the sofa bed is in the kitchen and is reasonable. The property is within 15 minutes by tram of all the main sites!

Great location, great space. Coffee machine so so and cleanliness and instructions could have been better but I totally recommend it, great value.

Amazing place! We were thrilled. It is a little far from attractions if wanting to walk but nothing that local transportation can’t solve.

It was a very good experience and wonderful stay. The Tram is just front of the apartment. The Train station is about 10 to 15 minutes by tram and subway. The shops are close.

Un plauso particolare a chi gestisce questa struttura che tra l'altro è stata pensata da persona molto pratica sono tante le prese di corrente e tante piccole comodità tipiche di un appartamento privato; consiglio di segnalare che c'è il condizionatore perché dall'annuncio rimane il dubbio (sembra ci sia solo il riscaldamento). Per completare le comodità consiglio di aggiungere una friggitrice ad aria. Che altro aggiungere ? Per chi come noi Pensa che una città vada passeggiata per conoscerla, l'ubicazione e perfetta. Davvero bravi

Had a brilliant stay here in these apartments. Location is really good, with the tramstop into Vienna just down the road and there are two supermarkets nearby aswell. Everything in the apartment was great and worked fine and just what we needed for a week trip. Really appreciated the fans as the weather was so hot. Would definitely come back again for any future trips to Vienna!

Very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the A/C as it was very hot outside. The children loved the TV and picked up some German from it. Restaurant Babylon nearby was great, and the nearby supermarkets as well.

Generally a good location for getting around Vienna easily. Tended to be a bit noisy with two cafes virtually underneath; one of them did a delivery service so lots of coming and going. Unfortunately, the local roads had a lot of disruption, so limited bus service, no trams and a lot of construction traffic. If the trams were running, then ideal. Two supermarkets close by (don't assume British type opening times- closed early evening, nothing on a Sunday).

The check-in process wasn’t the best. There was no telling that you need to fill out things before you can check in yourself and we were just standing there trying to call the hotel. The shower door was missing. Besides the above, we had a great stay and would choose it again.

Superbra boende, med gångavstånd till centrala Wien. Andra gången vi bor här och vi kommer komma tillbaka. Glöm inte prova pizzan på hörnet. Don’t call it pizza, supergod mat och trevlig personal!

not a good place

Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on.

The apartment was fine and the location was good. However, Vienna was very hot and so was the apartment. With no air conditioning to cool the room, It was extremely difficult to sleep. And, if you opened the window, the noise from the restaurant/bar below, along with the traffic and trams, it would then be very noisy and still hot. Additionally, the lift kept getting stuck on different floors and the only way to release it was to walk up/down the stairs to where the lift was and give the door a good shake to let it close. A pity, because the apartment itself is actually quite nice, just don't stay there in summer.
