Great breakfast and near by the shopping area

I book twin bed room but there’s only one bottle of complimentary water, so I asked at reception. They said it is only for welcoming.

入住峙接待人員給錯房間，反應的還搞不清楚狀況，搞得一團亂，再來準備房間之房型與訂房有差異， 明明訂了兩房兩晚都是三人房有 double bed and twinbed 結果，其中一間縮減只有一張double bed 的房型

it locates close to west traill station, is easy to go to the tour places, and is convenient to travel to Salzburg. breakfest is good quality. room is small, the triple room is in fact a standard twin room with a added bed.

訂房時明明訂的是3人房型,但實際入住卻是雙人房加床,讓空間變得非常小. 我們住的房是201號房,不知道這間房的隔壁是不是機房,會有奇怪的機器運作聲音傳到房間,而且那面牆還會震動...... 另外,浴室蓮蓬頭的水壓很小,水溫也不夠...... 優點是房間的打掃的是乾淨的,前台人員也很友善,距離西火車站約7分鐘左右步行時間

地點方便，早餐好吃，房間不大，可以先寄放行李，服務也不錯，雖然沒有無線網路，但是整體而言是推薦的！

我們住了2晚, 第2個晚上回到飯店發現有人試圖偷登機箱裡的東西。原因有兩個： 1.登機箱的密碼鎖原本設定為"000",當晚回到飯店時已變動為"026" 2.登機箱拉鍊的的位置原本都在左邊，後來變到右邊 所以，我相信有人試圖偷登機箱的東西!!!!!在退房前都很不安心,很不愉快的經驗! We stayed here for two nights. On the second night, we found that someone was try to STEAL something from our suitcase . The reason for that is, 1. The combination lock was set as "000" before we left our room; when we came back, it was CHANGED to "026". 2. Also, the position of the zipper was CHANGED. It was on the LEFT hand side of our suitcase and when we came back, it was moved to the RIGHT hand side. Therefore, I do believe that someone was try to STEAL. I couldn't feel safe before check out. It's very poor experience!!!!!

Great position, good facility and services.Will introduce to my friend and recomend to stay over here.

位置離車站不遠

Wi-Fi connection is very unsteady and speed is quite slow. Others is good.

床很舒服~~酒店位置也不錯, 附近有火車站, 地鐵站~~酒店讓人感覺不錯, 舒服. 但是酒店沒有free wifi..如有有free wifi 會更好~

在HOTEL.COM訂三人房 到現場後 說我們只有2人 所以給我們2人房 但是我們確定是訂三人房

離westbanhof 很近。非常方便的地點，飯店乾淨舒適。交通方便。是暢遊維也納很幫的選擇。

酒店很好找，出行很方便，服务不错。

附近没有什么可逛的，但是靠近火车西站，出行还算便利。

Cleaning room good Staff excellent Shop near by convenient

Room was small for the price at this time of year. I intentionally opted for a higher price room as I stayed here earlier and it was a small room. Even after this increase in price, I got a small room. The bathroom was even smaller. One will hit some obstacle or the other at the wash basin, WC or even in the shower. I will avoid from now on.

Il parcheggio è terribile sia in entrata che uscita. Camere troppo calde e piccole. Solo il letto è molto comodo, il resto angusto. Doccia in pendenza. Colazione molto varia ma scadente, prodotti di pessima qualità

Our stay was okay, nothing extraordinary. The room wasn't very spacious, felt a bit dark, and was not very soundproof (we could hear noise from the corridor). The TV wasn't a smart TV and there was no minibar in the room. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi; the signal was weak inside the room that we had to keep the door open to get a connection. Breakfast was fine, though the hotel was very crowded and it was difficult to find a table. We did appreciate that they allowed us to leave our bags there until our flight departure.
