整體上都很好，桑拿，衣櫃沒有燈，位置很奇怪.

非常好的飯店 可是停車要停在很遠的停車場

Is Great. My room is so pretty and clean. Not too far from metro. Near a bus stop!

Although can hv 15 min free wifi, it would be even better to hv unlimited free wifi in room.

飯店裝潢很時尚舒適,只可惜沒有浴缸.check-in時的女員工很友善,也告知飯店代叫計程車至機場是固定價28歐元,可是check-out時請男員工代叫計程車至機場時,卻說是照跳錶的,而計程車司機來了之後說是到機場有固定價,但是因為員工沒有說明是要到機場,而那位員工當時也沒有幫忙解釋,對這位員工的態度感到失望.

Une labyrinthe, couloir et tapis de chambre peu propre, lit peu confortable et la qualité des coussins non propre. Rien dans la chambre (cafetière, eau en bouteilles).

Hotel très bien situé. Hotel très accueillant. Lobby avec jeux, billard, musique, bar, canapés, lieux pour travailler, le tout en comité pas trop grand ni froid comme parfois, ici c'est chaleureux parfait. Hotel de bonne dimension, ni trop petite ni trop grand, pour avoir cette sensation accueillante, chaleureuse, sans être réduite en terme de service ni trop intrusive. L'accueil et le service sont aussi parfaits. Je recommande cette adresse !

Un très bel hôtel. Bien situé, calme sur la rue mais beaucoup de restos aux alentours et près du Métro. Service impeccable de tous les employés.

Wir waren Fans des früheren Pentahotels und haben in der Bar dort so manche Feier abgehalten. Aber außer der Location ist nicht vom alten Flair geblieben. Kein Glitzer, kein Glamour, keine persönliche Note. Das Max Brown 5 ist ein guter Ort zum Schlafen im industrial Style, aber kein cosy Hotel, um dort Zeit zu verbringen.

I was pleasantly surprised. This boutique hotel has a nice lobby and common areas. The rooms are beautiful decorated and the small size is good for 1 or 2 people. Close to transportation, U4 line is 4 blocks away and it takes 10 minutes and 2 stops away from Opera. There are no mini fridge or coffee in rooms, but coffee and water are available all day on dining area. Customer service is superb. They all were very nice and welcoming. There are 2 small elevators and a big group arrived during my stay, so I used the wide stairs. However, these need better lighting on upper floors. Breakfast was delicious and vast. I will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel interior. It’s very chic. The room is very nice and the small one is perfect for 2 people. The location is near by the tram, which in 2 stops it takes you to katplatz close to the Opera. The customer service was superb and the breakfast was vast and delicious, There is no coffee in the room, but you have access to expresso machine at the lobby. The downside is The lack of a small fridge. All Billa and Bipa & smaller shops are close on Sundays so it will be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

Razoável, pelo valor não entrega o que oferece e achei os quartos ruins.

Im Grunde ein schönes Hotel mit perfekter Ausgangslage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Eine Nacht war es leider bis in die Morgenstunden unerträglich laut da wohl ein Anwohner gefeiert hat und das im Innenhof mächtig geschallt hat. Auch, dass die Bar nicht jeden Abend besetzt ist war nicht so toll.

+good location +the breakfast was lovely! +the girls in reception were the absolute friendliest people we meet during the whole trip! +newly renovated and very “fresh” interior -warm room (didn’t use the AC though!) -we had booked a room for 3 people, worked great with the bed +sofa bed, but the rest of the room was not “matching” with glasses/cups/towels etc (still only 2) Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person. The room and the hotel was stunning, however I went with my mum and we had a twin room, the twin room is 2 single beds and are not big enough for the average adult. I’m a 6ft 2 male and didn’t fit on. However the bed itself was very comfy, just not big enough. Other than that really liked the hotel and would stay there again

Das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad hätte sauberer sein können. In der ersten Nacht gab es Baulärm, den man bestenfalls Hotelwirts freundlicherweise hätte antizipieren können.

Das Hotel hat einen coolen Retro- / Industrial - Charme und ist sehr gut gelegen. Die U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle liegen ums Eck. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hie und da fehlt vielleicht eine Ecke in den Fliesen - aber das war nicht schlimm. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich… Jederzeit gerne wieder!
