an easy approach to the airport

Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. And shouldn't the cot be in the room already before we check in ? It was a very disappointing experience provided what I've paid and it was a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. I will pick the other hotel in the same airport next time.

地理位置離機場很近，附近有一家超級市場（ Billa），如果要搭飛機前還有想要買的餅乾巧克力咖啡，都可以去那邊買。

Room and shower room is too small. Hotel decoration is not my type.

Convenient hotel for an early/late flight. Part of the hotel is currently under renovation.

clean rooms, good service, nice staff

Tiny bathroom, poor food selections, noisy lobby with poor music selections. Hotel had luggage storage lockers that were small, and no bell service to store luggage.

Clean and 5 min walk to airport

En godt valg for en tidlig flyafgang. Morgenmaden var varieret og værelset havde det vi havde brug for.

Hands down the best hotel at Vienna Airport. It has become our go-to for every layover thanks to its unbeatable convenience, easy walk to the terminal, great comfort, and consistently excellent services.

Nice room but it did not have a safe or an iron. Communal seating areas well designed. Enjoyable stay. Loved the walkable access from the airport.

Beim Check in musste alles erfragt werden, vom Personal kamen keinerlei Informationen. Türspion defekt, kein heißes Wasser im Bad. Warm, aber nicht heiß, wäre zum duschen im Dezember nett gewesen. Bett war bequem, und alles sehr sauber! Für 1 Nacht also ok.

Great room

Good for a night before catching the flight early morning. There are the signs to get to the hotel everywhere. Nice welcome drink. The room only has bed and small stool. Nothing special.
