Internet TV is almost broken, the internet speed is very very slow, when you connect to the YouTube, the video can't running well, besides the breakfast is terrible, very few option and not tasty, this is the worst hotel from Marriot-series that I have ever stayed in my life

I've stayed at this Moxy almost every year since 2014. I loved it, the airport location is unbeatable. But the decline is now impossible to ignore. The room was dirty, with a disgusting white stain on the artwork by the entrance. The door didn't lock properly, I had to push it closed, and the metal latch inside was completely loose. The room I booked for my kids had tiny beds; my son is 6'2" and barely fit. Breakfast has gone downhill too. We were there right at 6 AM when it opens, and the Semmeln already tasted old, there's no way they were fresh that morning. Gluten-free options were barely existent. And skip the welcome drink voucher, some gin concoction that's genuinely undrinkable. Worst of all: the price. I paid €99 a night when I started coming. Now it's nearly €200, and with tax, fees, and breakfast for me and my kids, close to $500 for one night in two rooms. For a hotel that visibly invests nothing in upkeep, that's absurd. I've complained before. Someone even reached out once. Nothing changed, except the price. I would love to love the Moxy. But after all these years of loyalty, I won't be back.

Unfortunately, our room smelled. The smell might have had something to do with the air conditioning. It also was a very small room. Nothing great. They give you a welcome drink was very nice, but the staff who served it was not friendly.

Perfect airport hotel! Friendly staff

The location is excellent! Rather than stay in the city and worry about a taxi ride or public transportation to the airport on the morning you are flying out, we opted to stay at this hotel which is a 8 minute walk to Terminal 3. The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Very satisfied. At checkin, they gave each of us a coupon for a complimentary drink at the bar. It was a nice way of concluding our vacation.

Super Lage nahe zum Flughafen, Terminals fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war okay aber nicht herausragend. Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können. Ich habe ein Top gefunden... Das Zimmer wurde wohl nicht sehr gewissenhaft geputzt.
