an easy approach to the airport

Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. And shouldn't the cot be in the room already before we check in ? It was a very disappointing experience provided what I've paid and it was a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. I will pick the other hotel in the same airport next time.

Room and shower room is too small. Hotel decoration is not my type.

I love the hotel and the fact that it is a walking distance from the terminal. The breakfast is nice. This was actually my fourth time there and i will most likely return next time i am in Vienna.Two things i really dislike though-

very easy walk to airport. Liked the Moxy welcome drink. Room new but not spacious and no fridge or coffee maker

Fint hotel, tæt på lufthavnen, lidt svært at finde ud af at man skal igennem tunnellen derhen, men da vi først havde fundet det var det let. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme og værelse og seng var meget komfortabel. Vi kunne tjekke tidligt ind selvom vi ikke havde aftalt det på forhånd.

No parking - 33€ per day

Hotel is decent. Bed is terrible. I could not sleep entire night. It was sad.

Excellent hotel at the aiport

Moxy was very clean comfortable. It was an easy walk through a tunnel to the Vienna Airport Terminal. Unfortunately, the food options at Moxy are limited. There is a breakfast buffet and a small dinner buffet. All other food is grab and go. They do not have a restaurant. They do have a bar.

Wir mussten beim Checkin ca 25 Minuten warten. Das ist zu lange. Ansonsten ein 0-8-15 Flughafenhotel. Nichts Besonderes. Überteuert und teures Essen / Drinks / Snacks.

I find this hotel nothing than a pimped up Ibis style standard hotel. Materials are cheap and it shows. I do not think this hotel represents good value but it is one of the few alternatives that close to the terminal.

Très silencieux pour un hôtel d’aéroport

We used this hotel to get a few hours' rest after our early morning flight. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check out at 2 pm and exchanging our free drink tickets for coffee. The food was decent, and the entire experience was perfect for our needs.

Great hotel. Close to the airport and the train station, which was nice because you have easy access to the airport and the city center. I give this place 3 stars because my room had a clogged shower drain and the hotel gave me a new room, which also had a clogged shower drain. I could not take a proper shower as a result.

Nice welcome drink and hotel was good. Only thing is the bar is very expensive over €4 for water and no water is provided in rooms. Otherwise room is comfortable and very close to airport
