The room is big and includes full kitchen, we cooked and use the coffee machine there. I highly recommend live there!

Room is very nice, clean and spacious with modern designs, much better than photos shown on the internet. I booked the deluxe room with kitchen which was very good. My room was with a comfortable seating area, a dining area, a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Staffs are very helpful and professional. Location is nice with underground stations nearby and a walkable distance to histirical city center. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel. I regret not staying few more nights here, one night stay is just not enough.

Spacious room including one bedroom, a sitting room and an open kitchen. With room service. Clean and tidy and with adequate air-conditioning. Centrally located with loads of restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Five-minute walk to the nearest underground station. Must stay in the same hotel if I travel to Vienna again in the future. Highly recommended.

離機場巴士站，主要大街不到5分鐘路程，樓下就有超市及咖啡廳，麵包店，房間寬大舒適，唯一能挑剔的只有房間沒有美景可看。是個會想再次住宿的好地方

Everything is good except one of the morning supervisor level staff was not helpful. She was so impatient to ask any questions. Night staffs are so good. Other than that, location is definitely the best, right in the center of Vienna. This hotel is worth to come back......

优点：1，步行到U4地铁站约10分钟。2，房间很大很宽敞。3，装修新。4，厨房电器和餐具很好用。5，天台适合天气好的时候坐坐，貌似没人管，自己带了酒上去喝。6，楼下隔壁就是超市，应有尽有。
缺点：1，订房时无早餐。2，房间窗外view不好。

Great location. We were able to check in early which was amazing! The first doorman did not tell us that the room key was required for electrical. There was no housekeeping. Had to wait and extra day and ask twice for pillows. You must ask them to hook up the television. Room was smaller than expected. Windows extremely dirty.

El apartamento es impecable y está ubicado a pocas cuadras de todo. Tiene estación de metro y tranvía a 1 cuadra, todo perfecto. No es la primera vez que estoy en Viena y sin duda volvería a este alojamiento. El conserje habla Perfecto inglés y español y es muy amable

今回5日間宿泊しました。
宿泊前のチェックインの確認から、滞在中も大変丁寧な対応で安心して宿泊できました。
交通の便、立地もとても良く、部屋も広くてとてもきれいで大満足でした。
キッチンに食器、冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジがあるので、簡単な食事はできますが、調味料等が無いので、きっちりとした料理は難しいと思います。
キッチンペーパーか台拭きなどがあると良かったです。
地下に洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、有料ですが、助かりました。
洗面所は広くて快適でしたが、シャワールームから水が出る、洗面所の水道の水が洗面台に出てしまうなど小さな気になる点はありました。
とはいえ、ウィーンに来た時は是非また宿泊したいおすすめホテルです。
