The hotel was okay and the location is nice. Overall, worth the money. The bathroom was very new and clean with a bathtub. The place for breakfast was with big windows and great city view, I liked it a lot, and of course the food was very nice too. But for some picky people, there’re some information: The hotel is an old building, you can tell from the elevator, room door lock and room design. In front of the elevator, there’re stairs but the staff didn’t offer to help with my luggage at all. There’re some bars or restaurants on the same side which is convenient but the night I stayed was Saturday and the music from a bar was so loud, all night, maybe till three am something. It’s so annoying but it’s not the hotel’s problem.

I liked the hotel, its staff, its ambience. Two problems: (1) the housekeeping randomly didn’t happen one day with no explanation, which was annoying; (2) there was hair conditioner on the first day that wasn’t replenished after that - I’m getting utterly fed up with sexist hotels not providing conditioner as standard (it’s a cheap product that makes a difference to women, I’ve come to expect it, based on experience in the US and UK) - warn women when they book that it’s a sexist hotel so they can bring their own, if you’re too cheap to provide this VERY CHEAP PRODUCT!!!

Such a beautiful property, easy access from station. Walking distance (Less than 10 minutes) to the centre. We had a free upgrade to the deluxe suite which was amazing, especially since it was between two night sleeper trains and I'm pregnant! (Not that they knew this!) Staff were so kind and attentive.

My dad and I really enjoyed our 2 rooms here. Only gripe was the shower floor was very slick, and wished they offered a bath mat with suction. Otherwise, centrally located, great location to come “home” to after a long day of exploring the city. Front desk staff always greeted us. Restaurant staff super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this winner to anyone wanting to stay in Wien!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff!! The showers are a bit tricky because the water can come out a bit but other than the that the property and staff are out of this world! Would highly recommend!

The most amazing stay ever! It was ideally located close to the opera house, with most travel options right at the doorstep, and the majority of attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The service was outstanding. Our room was attractive and spacious, with very comfortable bed and spotless clean. There was a great selection for breakfast, but unfortunately, we didn’t try the restaurant, so we cannot comment on this. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent hotel and excellent location. Great service, clean rooms, great facilities and more importantly - location, location, location. Highly recommend if you plan to visit and tour Vienna.

Easily walkable to downtown and the train station! We stayed a quick 48 hours and it was perfect for my family of 4! Staff was helpful with holding our bags, and very friendly. Room was very clean, and comfortable! AC worked great!

Nachts war es sehr laut. :-( Gerade am Wochenende wenn der Club geöffnet hat. Bum, bum bis 3 Uhr Nacht, dann bin ich endlich mal eingeschlafen. Super Frühstück. Leider kann man bei schönen Wetter als Hotelgast draußen nicht Frühstücken :-( Wieso? So viele Plätze draußen und kein Hotelgast darf draußen Frühstücken. Sehr negativ ,sorry.
