The hotel was exceptionally quiet, clean, and comfortable. The views from both our southwest and southeast windows were stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s also a small, well-stocked grocery store conveniently located across the street.
Parking is limited, but an overflow lot is available within a short 100-meter walk. If you’re arriving by train (Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof), expect about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Note that there’s no elevator in this two-story property.

旁邊有超市，酒店有3層高，我們被安排到3樓，沒有升降梯，2個女生把行李搬到3樓很吃力，房間很大有露台，當我們要checkout時，有個前堂兼打掃房間的男職員幫我們搬行李到底層，非常感謝。
我們住了2間酒店都是沒有升降梯的，找其他酒店也發現大多數都沒有的。

飯店主人在每個樓層都有佈置一個小客廳 ，有提供熱水壺和茶包及公用冰箱給房客使用，小缺點是沒有電梯，若住在4樓的閣樓的話 ，要盡量精簡行李 。有免費供應不錯吃的早餐 ，走路約5分鐘就可到公車站 ，火車站離公車站約走路1分鐘 ，交通算便利 。若住三晚的話 ，可拿到湖區卡 ，憑卡可享有湖區景點門票的優惠 。

It was a great location, our room was spacious and clean with a king-size bed and the view from the window was gorgeous. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Our only negative was that there's no lift.
