my room has no air conditioning,...even after the reception has re switched on. reception is willing to change another room, but it was 11:30pm and the room would be on another floor. thus, we planned to stay in the no AC room, and opened the window. however, the next morning, the road construction around the hotel corner started to work at 7am...
we didn't have a good sleep for the stay.

距離林茲的市中心轉個轉角就到了，但飯店前面有一座小公園。是間在熱鬧區域，又不失悠閒的好飯店。知名的大教堂離飯店也在不遠處，約步行10分鐘就可到達。飯店附近也有很多餐廳，想吃東西也不需要走太遠的路。飯店房間很明亮，很舒服。

My wife and I stayed in the Park Inn for two nights (junior suite) in December 2025. The suite was clean, modern, had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The location is also great, right in the heart of Linz. We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive (€88 for two nights) and there are many great bakeries and cafes around the hotel. The on-site underground parking was appreciated (€19 per night), with direct hotel elevator access. As the hotel entrance is located after the parking entrance, it is better to park and then check in to avoid driving around the block to park after checking in. The hotel personnel were helpful but not overly friendly. One thing that annoyed us was that it was impossible to maintain a constant water temperature in the shower – it would go from very cold to very hot from one moment to the next. Otherwise, the hotel is a great place to stay in the heart of Linz.

Das Zimmer war top, ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht auf den Park. Alles top, sehr modern, wobei mir ein wenig die „alte“ Gemütlichkeit fehlt.
