The location is excellent. Walkable to the Museum Quarter and the state opera house as well as other attractions in the city centre. Train station with convenient service to the airport is also a short walk away. Overall the comfort is first rate but there is little provision for relaxing other than the dining table chairs and one chair in the bedroom. A very workable kitchen. A broken faucet mount was annoying but did not affect function.

The property is really well located within walking distance of the train station (catch the train from the airport to the city) and opposite the main city park. Just a short stroll across the park and you’re in the middle of the historic city. The premium studio has a view over the park, a well stocked kitchen and a large bathroom.

The building is undergoing renovation, but once you are inside the apartment, that really doesn't matter as everything is newly fitted and the apartment very well equipped with a small kitchenette, dishwasher and a washing machine. It was a really comfortable place to stay, with good train links from the airport and walkable to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Das Zimmer lag im Parterre, so niedrig, dass jeder einsteigen kann, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Das Fenster konnte man nur öffnen, wenn die Jalousionen hochgezogen waren. Das Zimmer hielt eine Temperatur von 24 oC Tag und Nacht, man konnte es nicht regulieren, wie man mir mitteilte. Es war viel zu warm zun Schlafen.Und Fenster öffnen ging ja nicht...Die Fernkontrolle zum Fernseher war lächerlich: keine Pfeile oder Zahlen, aber man sollte mit einem Roboter "sprechen", der nie die Kommandos verstand - wozu? Nicht umweltfreundlich: keine Abfallsortierung. Die Rezeption lag im 2.Stock des Nebenhauses , sehr umständlich. da hilft es auch nicht wenn das Zimmer einen frischen und sauberen Eindrucjk macht, es ist den Preis nicht wert.

Currently this property is under renovation inside and outside that is associated with relevant inconveniences including, for example, a hammering noise starting at 7:30 am, no park view due to a construction net and scaffolding etc.

Interior of the apartment was of a very high standard and well laid out. The location is excellent for walking to all the major sites in the town centre. The reception staff are polite and helpful. However, visitors be aware that substantial building work is going on in the apartment building. The main issue is the noise which starts at about 7am, drilling and hammering. This adversely affected our stay but I understand work is due to finish in November. Were it not for the building work, I would have given the residences 5* rating.

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen, das Personal war sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgetsattet. Leider haben wir in einer Zimmerecke Schimmel festgestellt, der erst nach der zweiten Nachfrage zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, so dass wir zwei Nächte, mangels Alternative in dem Zimmer mit Schimmel verbringen mussten. Nach Rücksprache mit einem sehr freundlichen Manager wurde der Schimmel sofort beseitigt. Leider wurde versäumt dachach nochmal die Putzfrau durch das Zimmer zu schicken, so dass wir am Abend das Bett selbst neu überziehen und einmal alles durchputzen mussten, weil alles mit einem feinen weißen Staub (?) überdeckt war. Das war insgesamt sehr unangenehm. Gott sei Dank war der nette Rezeptionist noch bis nach 22.00 Uhr anwesend, sonst hätten wir nämlich so klar kommen müssen. Am Ende wurde uns wenigstens eine Nacht erstattet, was in dem Fall das Mindeste, aber dennoch wahrscheinlich nicht selbstverständlich war. Insofern nochmal Danke. Fazit: Eigentlich schon zu empfehlen, und wir würden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen, zumal die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen ist.

Our apartment was perfect for our needs. After travelling for many weeks it was lovely to have a quiet comfortable place to sleep and a washing machine. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was also close to all the main attractions and transport, minutes away from the rail connection the airport. I would highly recommend staying here and if I return to Vienna it would be my first choice. They are currently renovating the building but that didn't really affect us and it will make the whole building better in the end.

The building is well located, but it is being fully renovated. We couldn't read that in the listing.

My place was on the G -floor, where was a construction going on outside, and they even worked on Saturday. The lock of main door was hard to open. The insulation was bad. I was bothered by the upper floor.

숙소를 처음 찾을 때 페인트칠 중이라 건물이 온통 천막으로 둘러쳐져 있어서 찾는 것이 조금 힘들었습니다. 명패도 입구쪽에만 조그맣게 달려있구요. 이 숙소의 최대 장점은 Stadpark 바로 앞에 있다는 것일것 같아요~ 사랑스러운 공원을 매일 산책하며 너무 행복했습니다.직원분도 너무 친절하시구요. 숙소 덕분에 여행이 더욱 즐거웠어요~

Apartamentos impolutos, espaciosos, en una ubicación inmejorable. Muy cerca del Cat si vienes del aeropuerto y a 10-15 minutos de los barrios de Viena turísticos. Tranquilo, buena atención y limpios. Como pega que no hay limpieza diaria y al estar a ras de suelo, encontramos un par de cucarachas una noche. Espero que esto último lo solucionen, porque es un lugar para recomendar

Room was spacious and clean. Walkable distance to tourist attraction. Gabriel was a great help during our stay. Only disadvantage, it’s abit challenging to find the entrance. Haha.

A nossa estadia foi excelente, apesar do susto que tomamos ao chegar ,O endereço indicado para contato fica em um prédio muito antigo ,e nós deu a impressão que seria ali nosso quarto, mas era no prédio ao lado . O atendimento por parte do gerente foi excelente, nos dando um número de wats upp para contato .A localização é excelente ficando em frente à um lindo parque onde tem uma estação de metrô. Deixo apenas a sugestão para que se coloque cortina blackout no quarto , pois na Europa o dia clareia muito cedo . Voltaria novamente.

Great location near park near U4 subway. Super clean. Modern. Nespresso machine with capsules. Staff - Gabriel was super helpful and kind. He saw that we were needing coffee at check in and offered us an espresso. He made us feel like home. We stayed 6 days and it was somewhere I will definitely come back to! Thank you !

De locatie is heel goed. Inrichting heel luxe en compleet. Erg schoon.

L'emplacement de la résidence est super, à 100m d'une station de métro et face à un très beau parc. En traversant le parc on arrive sur le Ring. le quartier est résidentiel . La gare Vienne Mitte est très proche et accessible à pied. nous avons trouvé cette ville magnifique et y retournerons.
