My room was clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The spa was wonderful and the Mountain view made the whole trip worth it. Breath taking views from the balcony and the cleanest most crisp air I’ve ever breathed.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay: 1) Great location next to ski rental, ski shop and Penzingbahn. Ski school for kids relatively short walk. 2) room was large and spacious 3) good choice at hotel was amazing 4) new spa and outdoor pool magical in the snow

Vårt opprinnelige rom var både slitent og dårlig plassert. Vi fikk byttet (mot et lite tillegg)og dette rommet var veldig bra både interiør, størrelse og utsikt. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom og vennlig.

Friendly welcome and comfortable room. Dinner was good, though service a little slapdash (couple of things forgotten). Much apppreciated the pick up from Kitzbuhel station though. Room itself was a good single room. Extremely warm and comfortable and Wifi worked.

Man får hurtigt fornemmelsen af, at byen er mest besøgt om vinteren, men vi kan klart anbefale at tage derned om sommeren. Naturen i den lille by er fantastisk og man kan ikke undgå at have bjergudsigt. Personalet er som en lille familie og det mærkes tydeligt på stemningen, at mange afgæsterne er gengangere - det er heller ikke sidste gang vi er der. Uanset om det er en familietur, vandretur eller romantisk tur, så er hotellet og området klart det rette til dette.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Penzinghof. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over the fields at the back of the hotel. The whole atmosphere was one of calm and comfort. That night we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant and chose the 'Surprise' menu, billed as consisting of three courses. It was in fact five courses of exquisite delights! The price point was very good for what we received, the service was excellent and very friendly. We also chose the 'surprise' selection of wines: one white, two red, and one dessert wine (we shared these between us but I'd recommend getting one selection per person). We weren't told about the wines until the end and the lady who spoke to us was very knowledgable. We made use of the spa the following day. I cannot over-emphasise how immaculately clean and how wonderful the facilities were. There was a large relaxation room with complimentary tea and magazines. The steam room was excellent, as were the two saunas (with the cold 'ice room' in between). The buffet-style breakfast provided was out of this world! The quality and freshness of everything and the wide range of choices were unbelievable! One could also order freshly-cooked eggs in any style (which were delicious). There was even live music on the Sunday morning! We will definitely stay here again. We cannot recommend it highly enough: simply fantastic.

Mit ein paar Änderungen Z.B. Schimmelentfernung im Bad oder Auffrischung der Naturholz Möbel durch eine Politur und neue zusammen passende Möbel auf dem Balkon , wäre das ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse mit einem hohen Wohlfühlfaktor .

Et super dejligt sted, lige ved siden af liften, fantastisk vin- og menukort, og alt til en meget fornuftig pris, så hvis jeg igen skal på en hurtig 3 - 4 dages skitur er det super...

Beautiful hotel property - well maintained. Superb decor. Fantastic breakfast and the dinner food in the restaurant was wonderful. Location is a "bit" out of town, but right at a main ski lift gondola (and we were there to ski) so even that was great. Only "complaint" was the layout of the room. Could not watch TV from the bed and the beds were pretty firm. Other than that. It was a great experience! Highly recommended.

One of our most enjoyable stays we ever had ! Detail in little things, like deco s, little notes, Penzinghof news every morning, a little something every time we returned in the evening from the cleaning lady sooo cute!!!! Rooms were always spotless clean, esp Breakfast buffet was exceptional . The little pond where we enjoyed swimming was so relaxing ! And the many hikes we could do in the area were just great! Thanks to everybody we highly recommend you !
