飯店不新，但是地點很棒！走路就可以到 精品區、史帝芬廣場...早餐很棒ㄛ！

Good location.

Clean and Comfortable

Trevlig personal, dåligt skick med gammal heltäckningsmatta på golvet och slitna väggar. Avsaknad av stol eller fotölj i rummet

Frukostmatsalen var liten, full av folk och stökig då köket låg precis bredvid med högljutt slammer av porslin. Borden satt tätt och det var iskallt i rummet (14 grader ute och regn) med två stora öppna fönster och en stor fläkt mitt uppe i taket. Jag bad dem stänga men ”fläkten var automatisk” och framför fönstrena stod saker uppdukade så dessa ville de inte stänga. Innergården var en ful bilparkering med soptunnor och dit var man tvungen att gå för att ta hissen upp till sitt rum. Vi hade betalt extra för ett fint rum och det var hemtrevligt, gammaldags inrett men städades inte förrän sent på eftermiddagen. Det bästa med hotellet var LÄGET! Mitt emellan Spanska Ridskolan och gågatan med alla affärer.

Su ubicación es perfecta! A 5 minutos caminando de la Catedral de San Esteban, el Palacio Hofsburg y otras atracciones. El desayuno excelente! Ofrecen una muy buena variedad de quesos, frutas diversas y un buen Café. Además, se agradece que en el lobby dispongan de una máquina para café/Té sin costo

Lage ist top. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Kein Klimaanlage nur Ventilator. Frühstücksraum bischen beengt aber ausreichend.

Das Personal wirkte etwas kompliziert und uninspiriert. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein. Zu wenig Handtücher und keine Pflegeprodukte. Ansonsten gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage.

It is was centrally located to the inner Stadt so that was very nice. It was nice and clean. It was just very hot even with the fan. It’s an old building which adds to the charm, however that does have its downside.

Very nice hotel in central Vienna, close to everything. Nice breakfast, well kept property!

Europe was experiencing a heat wave when I was there. The hotel had no air conditioning. The room was over 80 degrees and all they had was 1 fan. My partner has a heart arrhythmia triggered by excessive heat. We could not stay there and checked out a few hours after checking in. The hotel refused to refund any part of our 3 night scheduled stay due to not cancelling within the refundable window.

The staff at reception were not nice. I asked a question about the breakfast time, and they responded very impolitely, saying that I had already asked this question a couple of times. They also gave me the wrong information about the breakfast time, even after realizing that I had an early morning flight.

Centraal gelegen aan rustige straat.

This is an old property that has been updated in a way that does not respect its older splendor. People at the front desk are great. The breakfast is wonderful, with friendly people taking care of food matters. I feel that the security of the hotel was somewhat lacking, as people could come in through the driveway and just go up the elevator. Also, there were smoking ash trays by the elevator that smokers used -- so the smell from the ash trays and the smokers were unavoidable. The location is just FANTASTIC and makes up for some of the problems. But I think they could do better by fixing these problems..

Pænt og rent hotel. Der er ikke andre opholdsrum end dit eget værelse, hvis man imellem alle skridtene har brug for et hvil, og værelserne er noget mørke. På forespørgsel åbnede de dog morgenmadslokalet, så vi kunne spille kort der.

Hübscher Raum mit netter Athmosphäre und mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr gutes Frühstück Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann zu jeder Zeit kommen und gehen und kann Informationen bekommen. Netter Service

Beautiful hotel and great location, the hotel was being refurbished but that didn’t disturb our stay at all

Great staff, service, breakfast and location. Highly recommend for someone on a budget.
