The check in process was overly complicated.

Excellent place to stay

I like a quirky boutique hotel but this place has a few downsides. Tiny desk space in rooms, cluttered with a lamp & speaker which you have to put in floor to work. Breakfast a bit hit & miss with drinks, cutlery etc. Limited news channels - would benefit from a few international options. Room temperature controls a bit pointless but the window dies open. Hotel & design is good, just some basics need attention.

Loved it. Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff, great bar, and good breakfast. Nothing lacking.

Staff were amazing, a funky place, good location

Pillows are terrible. They are even somehow stinky, like if a lot of people have sweat on them. Bed spreads are like individual size, so you get 2 for a queen bed. Weird smell. No A/C. So even when it wasn’t cold outside, the room had like a central heater that forced us to open the windows to get fresh air. So, the noise came to play a roll too.

Staff was very nice

I liked the hotel and staff. I wish access to the gym, not owned by the hotel, were free.

Excellent Hotel at a fair price in a good location. The staff was particularly helpful and nice. I was really impressed by them.

It was quirky and different but very comfortable and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean, warm and nicely decorated. Hotel is great for walking to all the attractions.

Great hotel to stay in Vienna for our two nights. Very easy walk to the main tourist areas and such a great vibe! Would return in a heartbeat!

I really liked the that it was very near the metro, and it walkable to all the important places to see and visit. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location. Clean room. Good bedding. Great shower. Quiet. Nice staff. Free drink in the bar if you opt out of room turnover service.

Lovely room, good size and clean. The only issue i had was with staffing. They obviously had limited staff which was evident during breakfast where there were many places waiting to be cleared during peak time. I ended up clearing a table just so i could sit down and was asked by another patron to clear their table as they assumed i was staff! I also had a drink in the bar which had a contact lens in it! I got a new drink however the staff member wasnt particularly apologetic or concerned that i had nearly swallowed a contact lens! However, overall the majority of staff were friendly and very helpful. I also had an issue with my luggage with they dealt with very well and the email communications were excellent. Overall i would stay here again but i would advise the owners to employ more reception staff as they seemed overwhelmed during the busy periods

Very convenient location, bathroom situation was a little different as the shower and bathroom are literally in your room - so not much privacy there. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
