The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable.

離巿中心十分鐘路程。對面街有超巿，酒店樓下有麵包店。 因冬天沒有空調，但房間空氣較焗，比較熱。房燈很暗，沖涼位置很小。夜晚回酒店比較靜，要小心。

呢間係我14日東歐之旅入面住過最靚既酒店房，有屋企既感覺，近地鐵站附近有2間麵包店可吃早餐， 樓下有間地中海菜超級好食。

Very convenient location, just few minutes walk to super markets and metro station, and just seconds to tram. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, spacious bed. No boiling kettle in room made me feel something's missing, but coffee and tea served outside the room 24hr.

Room was excellent, great location and friendly staff. We did not go for the breakfast, so no comments there.

Great value compared to similar places to stay in a good central location with excellent transport links right outside the property.

Horrible experience. The hotel was very difficult to find, which caused me to miss my train. I arrived around 11:00 pm, and the experience was awful. There was no help available, and right in front of the hotel there were people smoking drugs, which made me feel very unsafe. The hotel itself was not appealing, with stained carpets and an overall neglected appearance. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind, but unfortunately, I disliked everything else.

Great place close to everything. Good sound proofing. Everything clean. Good communication. Nice people. Good price/ quality ratio.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean, very easy check-in. Great location with plenty of restaurant, the Opera & historic sights within walking distance.

Great location for hbf station & city centre. Very comfortable room with lovely view outside. Good restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff.

I recommend this place. The room was a decent size. The location was great walking distance from almost anything. Quiet despite facing a road. Matresses were firm which suits me. Breakfast was tasty, the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast room was quite small, probably not great if you had mobility problems but there was a room service option. The antler light fitting was odd but not any problem.

立地がとても良いので街歩きがしやすかったです。　メトロの駅とトラムの駅が近いので、乗り放題パスを買って公共交通機関を使い倒すことをオススメします！ ホテルの受付の方に質問したら的確なアドバイスをくれてとても助かりました。

The friendliest staff you can find in Vienna. Great location and clean and well looked after rooms/reception

Good size room. Cute little deco details. The bed was big, but the mattress wasn't comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was (strangely) sandwiched between the shower and the sink. Very good communication in terms of how to get in given that reception is open only from 7:00 to 13:00.

Nice hotel, small room for 3 and tiny bathroom, but its price it’s a good deal, 20 min walk to St Stephan cathedral and lots of restaurants near by, but they all need reservations. Stuff is very friendly most speak English. Eating 4 stars only because room was small for 3 of us.
