周圍環境優美，飯店提供停車位很方便，我們原本訂三人房，臨時多一位家人同行可以協助加床，服務很棒！

小镇很小，酒店离主干道很近很容易找到；但是停车场不是在门口，要先询问饿，行李多的话可能有点麻烦。早餐不好吃，其他都可以

Perfectly situated in the heart of St Gilgen this is a family run and typical Austrian styled hotel. The hotel has great character and very attentive hosts. The rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was good.

I'm usually too lazy to write a review but with this hotel, I just have to. Impeccable attention to detail in regards to cleaning and customer service. The decorations outside and inside the hotel were phenomenal; it gave a very "home-y" feeling when staying. Breakfast is freshly prepped every morning and absolutely delicious. Their location is just right, not too far from Salzburg (about 30min drive) and not too far from the other lakes in the region. There's a supermarket about 5min away and restaurants within walking distance. The Eisl family were able to promptly answer our concerns via email for late arrival which made our check-in process a breeze.

Für mich als Bahnreisenden, der mit dem Postbus in St. Gilgen ankam, war die Lage der Unterkunft optimal. Nur 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Menschen freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und zweckdienlich. Mehr erwarte ich nicht. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus wählen.

Extremely clean, very comfy beds and pillows, good breakfast and good location. A view of the lake from the balcony would have been nice but otherwise a lovely room.

The hotel is a must, perfect family administered hotel, in a 600 years old house, completely renovated, extremely comfortable, with friendly owners and staff, an excellent breakfast, clean, close to everything in town. It's the best lodging option in St-Gilgen, by far. I would recommend it for any good taste and refined traveler.

Excellent, family run inn in an extremely beautiful town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right in the middle of the action in St. Gilgen and easy access to Salzburg - even by bus (the bus station is a two minute walk from the Schernthaner).

Clean and nice hotel and very kind staffs. Free parking around hotel. Close to the Zwolferhorn seilbahn and wharf to St. Wolfgang. Has to inform hotel for the case of late check-in otherwise reception may closed.

체크인 시간보다 늦게갔는대 미리연락드렸더니 기달려주셨습니다. 주인분이 너무친절하십니다. 방에 라디에이터가있으며 발코니에서 길겐풍경을 볼수도 있습니다 버스정류장에서 가깝습니다. 조식은 뷔페식이며 맛있는 빵과 셀러드 소시지와 햄등이 준비되어 있습니다. 거쳐가는 숙소라 하루만 있었는대 몇일 더있고 싶을정도입니다.

Quaint charming hotel. The room met my needs. I am not a big fan of European breakfast buffets

This hotel is quaint, homey and well-located. The service was friendly and had a personal touch. Breakfast was homemade and delicious if under-labeled. 2 minutes to town square and 30 seconds to a delicious donair downstairs.

湖は見えませんでしたが、小さな街の小さなペンションで、静かに過ごせました。オーナーご家族がとっても優しく、手作りの朝ごはんも美味しかったです。夏に行かれる方は、是非湖で泳いでください。みなさん20時頃まで泳いでいましたよ！

Sehr nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, 5 Minuten vom öffentlichen Strand in St.Gilgen. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nette Wirte. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I informed by phone the owner that we were checking in at 11PM and she replied that she'd left the keys in the box outside the door, protected with a code. Everything was ok, parked some 100m away on the main road, found the keys in the box and proceeded to rooms 1&4. Single rooms were ok, not big and not too small. Free wifi, clean, just a couple of small complaints: bottom sheet was kind of "spongy", could be typical of the place, I prefer silky ones. No top sheet and Tuchent, which for me is too warm in June, so I kinda slept half covered and half out. Other oddity was the shower towel a bit too small (small), just a little bit bigger than hand towels (may be double of that). Very nice terrace and smart TV attached to the wall that could be oriented to bed or to terrace so I could smoke my cigarette outside on terrace while watching tv. In the morning very good breakfast, with eggs (just "a-la-coque"), cheeses, hams, etc etc as usual in Central Europe. Owners very kind and smiling!

My fiance left her cell phone on the bus to St Gilgen, and Markus at the desk called the bus company for her, and even went as far as to give us the address and directions to where we could retrieve her phone. He went above and beyond to help, and we are most thankful. As neither one of us speak German, she probably would not have gotten it back without his help. The hotel is charming, with a warm staff, nice, clean rooms, and a surrounding landscape you cannot beat. Highly recommend this hotel. Their breakfast spread is excellent as well!
