格鲁纳鲍姆酒店

할슈타트 기차역에서 배로 마으로 들어가면 바로 노란 이 호텔이 보여 호텔을 찾기 매우 쉽습니다. 호수쪽 view 객실을 이용하였는데 전망이 매우 훌륭합니다. 객실 청결과 서비스 또한 훌륭하였습니다. 다음에 다시 할슈타트를 간다면 또 이 호텔을 이용할 것 같습니다.

우선 선착장 바로 앞에 위치하여 위치상으로도 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들 서비스 또한 너무 좋았습니다. Lake view 방을 예약하였는데, 마침 방이 비었는지 방 업그레이드도 해주고, 직원들 또한 친절하였습니다. 최근에 리노베이션을 해서 그런지 엘레베이터도 있고 화장실 침실 모두 청결하였습니다.

Solo estuve un día en el hotel y todo fue perfecto. La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones del hotel también. Está renovado recientemente y tiene wifi en la habitación y ascensor.

Though Hallstatt was one one the most beautiful cities we've ever been, one should consider some other hotel than this. Locations was nice but the rooms were STILL unfinished, so the were no curtains, night lamps, hooks in the bathroom, carpets nor any paintings on the walls. The room was empty and echoing. Thanks to the helpful receptionist we got one lamp to use beside the bed. The view from the terrace was beautiful but it was impossible to dine or have a drink on it.

값이 조금 센것을 제외 하면 모든 서비스는 만족 스러웠음.

街中もそうですが、日本語・中国語など、よく見かけます。小さな町なので、時間があまります。ホテルはスタッフの質が良く、ゆっくりできました。一つだけ物足りないのは、バスタブがなかった事です。やはり日本人はね。

Kostet NOK 1070,- for 1 natt, god frokost og vakker utsikt. Pris kan variere, men sjekk gjestehus når du kommer eller på nett vi fikk priser fra 60-80 Euro for et dobbeltrom! Ellers anbefales Hallstatt på det sterkeste, meget vakkert og god mat!

Fantastic location, lovely town. Great hotel, very old world charm. Good breakfast, lovely views and a nice large room.

The hotel is hard to miss. It is a big golden yellow building sitting right on Lake Hallstatt. You'll see it in almost every picture of Hallstatt. The hotel is decorated very nicely and the rooms are elegant and incredibly spacious. Some of the rooms have balconies facing the lake. Ours looked directly out onto the beautiful stained glass windows of the Prostestant church next door with a view of the lake to the side. The hotel entrance is right on the town square and within a 10-15 min walk of the funicular for the salt mines on the outskirts of the town. Everything else in Hallstatt is even closer. We arrived too late to tour the salt mines, but did go on a nice hike that started at the funicular for the salt mines, went a little ways up the mountain, and came back into town around the area of the Catholic church. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with views of the lake and an outdoor deck for use in good weather. We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We had dinner fairly late so we almost had the restaurant to ourselves. This gave the waiter time to socialize a little and provide some interesting history about the area and himself. There was an extensive spread for the complimentary breakfast including fresh fish from Lake Hallstatt. We will definitely come back sometime since one night was not enough to take in all the beauty of Hallstatt and when we do, we will stay here. Maybe in one of the balcony rooms overlooking the lake.

호수 뷰가 가장 좋은 호텔로 생각됩니다. 아주 친절하고 1층의 레스토랑 음식도 맛있습니다.

we were trying to book a hotel in a shut down season in Hallstatt and luckily this one still open this year. It is right off the ferry let us very easy to plan our visit in town. The breakfast is awesome too!! definitely will try to revisit another season!!!

ハルシュタットは湖岸にへばりつくような街で，車はゲートでコントロールされています。車で行くなら外で宿を見つけた方がいいでしょう。町は端から端まで歩いても30分程度。ただ，ゆっくり滞在なら湖畔の老舗，階段がギシギシいうようなホテルは最高に贅沢だと思います。部屋自体は快適でした。

レセプションの女性、レストランスタッフもとても親切で快適で気持ちの良い旅となりました！ （食事も美味しかった♪） 床に一部きしみがあるので、歩く時は若干気を遣います。 又エレベーターがないので万人受けするとは限りませんが、私はまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています！

Friendly staff, good food, fantastic location right in the center of Hallstatt, comfortable and spacious room with pleasant view of the city square, easy to reach by train, we loved everything about the hotel. Our 6-year old particularly enjoyed feeding the ducks on the lakefront directly at the hotel, and the friendly and mellow resident cat, Rocky. It was a little challenge carrying our heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs: be warned that there is no lift. It can also be difficult to get hot water to the top floor for an evening shower (I ran the tap for 10 minutes without success) but I had no such problem in the morning. Other than these two (very) minor issues, we had a perfect stay and would visit again.

従業員の感じもよかったし、部屋も清潔で気持ちが良かった。レストランの食事も悪くはない。しかし、なんといっても価値は絶景。湖の見える側の部屋をお勧めします。

ロケーションはいいが、ヒューマンサービスが感じられない。チェックイン時受付者不在。３０分程待って入室。忙しいのでしょう。しかし後は携帯でおしゃべりばかりしてた。得てして、有名観光地の繁盛しているホテルにこの傾向あり。部屋が全て湖側とは限らないのでテラスで食事、恋を語る方向き。テラス利用しない人、写真でこのホテル泊まったのよと優越感にひたる人以外泊まる必用なし。 但し、シーズンの最中検索でこのホテルと数件しか出てこなっかったら、焦るもんな。 また、この地区で高いといえども、フランスのリゾートホテルなどこの倍するもんね。 他のホテルなくてここしか出なかったたら、予算合えばいいと思います。また優越感も料金の内。

ハルシュタットへは今回で３度目の訪問でした。今回初めてレンタカーで現地へ向かったのですが、日中は環境保全のためか、一般車両の街中への車両乗り入れを制限しているため、非常にとまどりました。 ホテルの位置は中心部にあるため、分かりやすいですが、道が細いので、運転には注意が必要です。駐車場はホテル予約の際に、予約していたので、ホテルからすぐ近くに１０ユーロで停められます。ただ、予約していないと、かなり遠い駐車場に停めて、そこから徒歩もしくはタクシーで移動が必要です。 チェックインは１８時頃でした。レセプションには誰もおらず、レストランのウェイターに誰か呼ぶようにお願いしても２０分ほど放置されたまま。さすがに痺れを切らして再度お願いすると「ウェイターだからどうしようもない！」との返事。それなら最初からそう言えよ、と思いました。車も家族も放置したままなので、別のウェイターにお願いしたところ、代わりにチェックインしてもらえました。それにしてもレセプションに人がいない、いないなら連絡先を提示しておくなど、最低限の対応がまったくなされていないために非常に不快でした。綺麗な街でゆったりした気分を味わいたかったのに、初っ端にはめられた印象です。 なんとかチェックインした後、食事に行こうとしましたが、さきほどの不快な対応のため、ホテルのレストランは雰囲気はよさそうだったものの、避けて外へ。あいにく雨が降っていたため、再度チェックインをしてくれたウェイターを呼んで傘を貸して欲しい（部屋にはありません）とお願いしましたが、レセプションにはありませんでした。。。ここまでくると呆れるしかありません。結局、その晩、レセプションに人がいたのは目にしませんでした。あるアジア系の客は勝手に鍵を取ってましたが、セキュリティ面でも心配です。 チェックアウトの朝にはさすがに人がいましたが、アルバイト学生風な女性。ただ、対応はなかなかでした。しかし、駐車場はチェックアウトまでしか利用できないため、そのあと散策したければ、街から離れた駐車場に停める必要があります。次のチェックインはは通常１５時からなので、それまでとは言わないものの、１２時くらいまでは使わせてよ、とお願いしましたがダメでした。つくづく印象の悪いホテルだという実感です。 唯一！朝食時のウェイターは孤軍奮闘、頑張ってました！いろんな客の要求をてきぱきこなしており、あんたは偉いと思った次第です。 部屋は最高に良かったといえます。今回は湖が見える部屋を指定してましたが、モダンな部屋に湖が目の前の大きなテラスがあり、最高でした。天気がよければ、そこでしばらく時間が過ごせるかと思います。 広さも信じられないくらい広かったです。 ただ、風呂にはシャワーカーテンがないので、床がびちゃびちゃになるのが難点でした。部屋によっては、ベッドルームから一旦出て、浴室に入るという部屋もあるようです。 総体的にチェックインの対応が非常にまずかったので、せっかくの滞在が台無しです。あれではホテルとはいえません。憧れのホテルだけだっただけに、残念で仕方ありません。旅行者にとって、二度目はなかなかないのですから。

The large dining deck at this hotel offers one of the most beautiful mountain lake views you will find anywhere in the world. It is truly spectacular. The food and service here are excellent. The rooms are very nice, though some of the furnishings are dated. The rooms that open to the lake and have decks are worth the extra cost. You will not be able to get enough of the views. The hotel is located in an ideal location in town. And the village is a storybook Austrian lake-side village, with heaps of authentic charm and steeped in history and tradition. Unless you are a died-in-the-wool cityslicker, this mountain-lake paradise will be one of the highlights of a lifetime of travel. The hiking is great, though one of the trails had very steep drop-offs on one side which were intimidating to all but the most hardy alpinists. Do not miss Halstatt or this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in March and thus got a very good price. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast room/restaurant has lakeside views and has very good food. The hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We are very happy with the Gruner Baum hotel. The rooms were very spacious. The sauna was relaxing on a snowy, cold day. Restaurant was great and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was free with room and it was a big continental with egg service. Delicious! Hallstatt is a beautiful little town.
