A true hidden gem!
I’ve tried many 5 star hotels around Europe, but this one.. This one is honestly in a different league above the others.
I really felt welcome here and taken care of. From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay.
Here, you are not just handed over your room key and told where your room is. No, here the lovely staff will walk you to your room while explaining about the facilities and the hotel, letting you in no doubt about anything.
Everything is just clean and maintained, from the room to the pools, the big spa area and the restaurant. Everywhere. I’m honestly a little perfectionist and always find something that can be improved - but not here. I didn’t manage to find one single thing, which is quite annoying :-)
Here’s really a true space for relaxation and detachment from normal everyday-life.
When it comes to the food. It’s amazing, no matter if it’s breakfast or dinner.
I haven’t had such a good steak for years, and the desserts - perfect!
Both the Michelin Key and the Michelin Star are absolutely deseved! No doubt about that.
One thing is for sure. I’ll be back.

What a fabulous, family-run hotel, in a brilliant location. I had a great few days skiing and using the spa. The food was excellent and the room very comfortable, but the highlight was the personal approach of the amazing team, led by Christina, who made sure to know her guests and understand their needs perfectly. There's so much to do and you're made incredibly warmly welcome. Look forward to trying the Michelin-starred restaurant on my next visit!

Un séjour d’exception, sublimé par un personnel aux petits soins ! La vue est tout simplement splendide, le spa nous a laissé un souvenir inoubliable, et le restaurant est d’une qualité remarquable. A true gem in the Valley. We were sad to only have one day. Had we known of the wonderful sights, we would have planned a longer stay. The property was a perfect location to base a visit to the many activities in this Austrian valley. Para sailing was a big activity and fun to watch - and maybe try next time! The multi- pass we received as part of the VIP pkg was a nice surprise and we used it as time allowed. The kitchen at the resort was a highlight and not to be missed. We would return for sure.
Did I mention lack of crowds!!!

Vielen Dank für diesen außergewöhnlichen und überaus gelungenen Aufenthalt in ihrem Hause. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, der Service war nahezu perfekt, die Ausstattung auf dem neusten Stand und die kulinarische Expertise von früh bis spät von allerhöchster Güte.
Ich freue mich bereits jetzt auf das nächste Mal im Stubaital, in einem der fantastischsten Häuser überhaupt…und das bei über 200 Übernachtungen, die ich pro Jahr im Schnitt innehabe. Par excellence!

Das von mir gebuchte Einzelzimmer war unglaublich klein. Die angegeben 18qm sind vielleicht mit dem Balkon zu erreichen. Da ich nicht eine zweite Nacht dort verbringen wollte bat ich um Stornierung selbiger. Dieses wurde abgelehnt. Als eine Art guter Wille bot man mir ein freies Abendessen an.beim check out wollte niemand mehr etwas davon wissen und ich durfte dieses bezahlen. Vielen Dank für nichts.
