L'appartement est bien placé, proché du métro U1 qui permet d'aller au centre ville en 4/5 arrêts.

Details matter. The lack of attention to small things that prompt me to give the lowest rating of all my Hotels.com stays (>30 per year). Disappointment began at check-in and continued. I book a similar property in London, so I’m familiar with 100% remote staff and a self-check-in process. Generally, the property texts in advance to describe the process, answer questions and ensure a smooth entry. Upon arrival at the Steiner Residences, I needed help navigating since my the code they provided was not working. Turns out, they had a second location next door and I was at the wrong one. The chat feature they provide was quite ineffective. Despite confusion on my part, no one just call to talk me through things when short texts lack clarity. Also, any good hotel knows that you can win points with guests through the smallest of things. In my case, I booked an 8-night reservation with the Steiner Residences yet was given only 2 Nespresso coffee capsules, a thimble sized shampoo and body wash (and I’m not kidding… they were ~0.5oz containers) and a bar of soap not much larger than a postage stamp (again not kidding… maybe 1”x2”). Despite promises for more, I received only 1 additional set of toiletries and no more coffee. The property was nice, modern, well appointed except for being listed as having a dryer (which I assumed would be a combo with the washer but turned out to be a clothes hanging rack… very ineffective)… so it was the same things that ruined it for me.

Well presented and attractive property. It had comfortable bed and good sized shower room. I stayed there on my own and really found everything very comfortable and bright. I had travelled a lot but this apartment stood out. Email correspondence was easy to follow.

Muito melhor que hotel. Tem todos os utensílios que você precisa e com uma decoração moderna. Localização excelente, fica próxima ao metro, supermercado e bares. Fomos surpreendidos pela qualidade da habitação!

Was one of the cleanest and nicest stay we had

La struttura è nuova, pulita, accogliente, ma non è in centro, anche se facilmente raggiungibile con la metro che dista circa 350 m; un simpatico aneddoto: entrati in bagno non c'era il water!!! Alla ricerca dello stesso che abbiamo trovato all'ingresso separato dal bagno!!! supermercato vicino; consigliato.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden

Es ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft, auch für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt. In jedem Fall das Geld wert. Kleine Anmerkung für die Vermieter: anzugeben wäre besser Kapselkaffeemaschine, als nur Kaffeemaschine

지하철역 인근에 자리잡고 있어 교통편은 괜찮았으나, 숙소 창문이 베란다 방면 출입구 하나뿐이라 환기에 문제가 있고 1층 객실은 맞은편 영업장에서 훤히 들여다 보여 하루종일 커텐을 치고 생활해야 합니다. 소파베드의 경우 높이가 맞지않아 엑스트라베드를 요청해 사용하였습니다.

세탁기가 있긴했지만 2박을 머물렀어도 하루치의 타월만 제공해서 아쉬웠습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 훌륭했습니다.

Well located, sparkling place, shower is big. Nearby to many supermarkets, pharmacies, Danubio river walking distance and restaurants.

Tolles kleines Apartment, sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Zentrum Wiens ist über die nahegelegene U-Bahn Station "Vorgartenstraße" schnell erreichbar. Einziges Manko: das automatische Türschloss unseres Apartments machte in regelmäßigen Abständen komische Geräusche, als würde jemand das Zimmer betreten.

Apartment was new, clean and well equipped. The attention in making detergents etc. available and clear instructions before and during the stay were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Clean and awesome apartment! Will definitely use again. Parking is NOT available though! Parking is street parking only. If you are not traveling into mountains and exploring much- do not rent a car.
