Very nice hotel ! Highly recommended!

飯店接待專業親切，check-in很幸運遇到會說中文的櫃檯人員，房間雖不大但非常舒適乾淨，身心都得到完整的休息放鬆，早餐也是我喜歡的部分，特別是多樣的茶包和熱蛋糕，整個旅遊最滿意的即是這間飯店，我想下次我還會再來。

we stayed for 7 nights in July 2019 enjoying excellent and professional service. We were warmly welcomed by the very pleasant and informative Reception staff. Although we encountered an air-conditioning problem,the problem was promptly fixed by the very responsive and efficient reception desk.And the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a variety of choices. The breakfast buffet team was pleasant and helpful. The team leader was especially caring . Guests’ favourite drink and seating were welll remembered and properly arranged. Harmonie Viennia will certainly be my recommended one to my friends!

駕車到達 很容易就找到。酒店還免費升級到行政房 意外驚喜。去中心有巴士 走路也可以到達，比較方便。

酒店位置離舊城區步行約 20 分鐘，週圍商店食店不多，酒店設備合基本要求，房間不小適中，寢具和浴室設備可以，有免費下午茶提供，職員服務態度合付要求。但 Wi-Fi 訊號不良是重大缺失。

What a fantastic hotel!!! 5 star all the way!! Immaculate conditions, amazing service in a perfect location, a friendly quiet neighbourhood with many great local restaurants yet walking distance from the innerstrand attractions! Would go back there without any hesitations!

Las camas fueron comodísimas y las habitaciones muy amplias. El desayuno delicioso y muy completo. Lo único que echamos de menos fue fruta más variada y de mejor calidad, y zumo recién exprimido sería ya la perfección.

Pontos positivos : localização tranquila e segura . Mais residencial mas com opções de alimentação boas ao redor . Pontos negativos : café da manhã com boas variedades mas dispostas de modo que fica caótico em horários de pico. Uma sugestão é usar melhor o espaço separando os alimentos por setor

AC and wifi wasnt working, can hear folks above and next to you. Screaming baby I left asap. Unable to get rest, all the noise brung on a migraine the worst I had in awhile. Needless to say I'll never return, my health wouldn't survive it.

I liked the comfort, the premises and the politeness and availability of the staff. Delicious breakfast and refined setting.

Bellissimo hotel curato nei dettagli, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile con eccellente servizio concierge. Sala da Tè pomeridiana gratuita, ottima colazione e localizzazione tranquilla vicino alla zona principale della città facile da raggiungere anche con i mezzi pubblici direttamente da stazione e aeroporto.

Fantastiskt bra hotell, mycket trevlig personal, bra rum med luftkonditionering vilket är extra trevligt om det är över 30gr ute. Frukosten var väldigt lagom.

Great location close to the city center and the University. Very clean and nicely updated, while preserving the beauty of the original building. Breakfast was excellent.

We really enjoyed our six night stay in a comfort room at The Harmonie Hotel. The hotel is in a great position for seeing the sights - a 20 minute walk to the centre or catch a tram around the corner recomnend taking the tram to and from the train station too - very easy and alot cheaper than a taxi . The hotel staff are all so lovely and can't do enough to help. We went to two great Austrian restaurants recommended by a receptionist D'Landstadt and Tante Liesel both lovely and local. The room was super clean comfortable and quiet. Just a tiny improvement would be a mirror where you can sit to do mske up/ hair. Otherwise - perfect. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and the free tea and cake served between 3-6pm was a real treat. We left for an early flight at 6am and the staff organised breakfast boxes for us which was just brilliant. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. We will be back one day for the Christmas market's! Thankyou.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Well located. Amazing breakfast. End of Day tea and cake is a really nice idea. Standard room could have a Little more storage. Very quiet for a good night sleep and the shades and certains are super efficient to keep the light out.

Friendly staff (Lisa at front desk is super nice). Spacious clean room. Centrally located. Highly recommended!
