Nice place to stay

This is a fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and warm room. We had an amazing time at your hotel! The pool area was fantastic, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The spa services were outstanding, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives implemented by the hotel.I will certainly be back

House keeping was poor Bell boy did not deliver our luggage for more than an hour Poor service at the swimming pool Over all not a pleasing experience

Great place and service

The only what I did not like there is not enough waiters to serve full loaded breakfast time, as juices, water, tea or coffee you can get only upon requests from waiter, means sit and wait if he is busy by serving others.

Clean, warm and well kept. This beautiful hotel is the perfect stay for families and individuals, with multiple restaurants surrounding. The rooms are well heated, clean and modern. The hotel has many amenities such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a ski shop below. I would definitely stay again.

The property was furnished beautifully with quality amenities and lovely decor. Easy access to the ski lifts and slopes.

Amazing experience. Breathtaking views. Saddam from front desk was very helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. He was always available to help us with our queries. Housekeeping team also kept checking frequently to make sure our rooms were clean.

The hotel is really neat, breakfast is quite generous and has a wide diversity of options. The ski resort was impressive and prices are cheap when coparing to ski resorts in Colorado US. Snow will not be the same but it's fun

very nice vacation spot, not so suitable for a business traveler

Beautiful, comfortable room with nice mountain view. Very close to Ski trails (Ski in Ski out almost). Overall experience was great.

We had a beautiful, luxurious stay with a breathtaking view of the mountains out of our bedroom window.

The hotel is covered in social distancing signs and also signs telling people to wear masks but people were just walking around without them. Also I was waiting at reception at the 2m sign and a woman with no mask on just walked in front of me and started talking to the man on reception. Instead of telling her to wait in line, the member of staff just started serving her and I still had to wait. What’s the point in putting signs up and then not making people use them!! Also I tried calling the hotel 5 times before we travelled and also tried to contact them on Instagram but got no answer or reply. Not good!! Also, this is a ski resort and people who are skiing should be allowed to have late check out.
