Pretty much alright for its value and location.

Everything is within walking distance

The property was ok. The furnishings were worn, and maintenance was needed in many parts of the building.

I stayed in the penthouse room and it was big and dated the water pressure was terrible. Just to get someone to clean the room was a nightmare waiting for hours if I ask at the reception. Customer service was good but getting actual service sucked.

Good location for what we needed. Great staff and rooms. We all had a wonderful time!

Maybe the only concern was that there were smart TVs.

Good but no room supply like coffe

I was upgraded to the penthouse when I checked in which I thought was amazing, great start.. oh how wrong I was. On my 2nd day a random man tried entering my room and banging on the window, I asked him what he was doing and he shrugged and walked off. So I informed reception, they came and found him as he was still near my room and they said he was looking for the bathroom. Ok, maybe a genuine mistake but his body language when I confronted him didn't seem to act like it. Then on my final night, I had 3x separate males trying to enter my suite and banging on the door window all between the hours of 2330-0240. I rung reception on each occasion. The first two were clearly drunk. Again when I asked them what they were doing they dismissed me. Then on the 3rd occasion at 0240 I rung reception, and they audibly sighed down the phone then stated "we've just been up sir and no one was there" it was at this stage I lost my temper with the madness and informed them "I am staring at him right now!". They then came up and removed him. In the morning they assured me I would get a full refund but I would have to claim through hotels.com. When I then spoke with hotels.com customer service they spoke with reception and denied any such agreement was in place. I'm a well travelled male, I hate to feel how a female would have felt in my place. Avoid this hotel.

I usually stay in this nice hotel, but unfortunately last time I had a bad experience with the front desk guy, there was a minor miscommunication and instead of trying to resolve the issue in a good manner, his attitude was terrible.I think his name was Ajour or something similar to that.

Excellent staff

They did not hold our reserved room and gave it to someone else even though we stopped by at 8:30 AM to confirm our arrival. Very poor management and then they did not even offer a voucher or other compensation. We had to stay in separate rooms on my birthday night.

Hotel rooms need brighter lightings and minor upgrade/refurbishment

The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Very outdated the blue throw pillow was dirty, the shower head missing a gasket so water pouring out and going on the floor outside of the shower, a dried up booger on the shower wall near the shower head. The trash can looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in years, the bedroom light switch near the entrance door in the other room, the door doesn’t close automatically. The price is not worth the stay…….
