It’s the bang for your buck hotel. The staff are always very welcoming, pleasant and understanding

A terrible odor welcomes you in the lobby as soon as you enter. Check-in staff was friendly and luckily no bad odor in the room. Room is old but ok, clean. The worse of the hotel is the swimming pool area. Full of local customers from neighboring countries not caring about anything, jumping in the pool in underwear for some, fully dressed for others, women with street attires. 0 hygiene to the point that the staff has to put so much choline in th look to kill the bacteria that your eyes will dissolve if you dare opening them under water…. Friendly staff not knowing how to handle this uncaring crowd, always scared of saying anything and losing their job…. I had to shorten my say and of course asked if it was possible to be refunded for the days I won’t spend. The front desk was so proud to tell me that whatever the circumstances they have a strict 0 refund policy…. The. Tried to be polite and said he will ask his manager, of course never asked and never came back to me…. I conclusion cheap hotel in the area, for sure, ok if you have 0 expectations and are sure not to modify your dates, otherwise pay a bit more and go to better places….

What stood out most during my stay at the Elite Crystal Hotel was the outdated furniture, which appears not to have been refurbished in over 15 years. Regarding the curtains or drapes, when I slid back the first set, I found the second set, which is white and designed to block sunlight, covered in spider webs. The second set of drapes, meant to limit light and provide some privacy at night, were dusty and seemed not to have been cleaned for months. While renting this suite offers a sense of comfort for guests, having to call downstairs for basic utilities and dishes is unacceptable. I understand that they mentioned these items would be provided upon request, but such essentials should already be present in the suite. On a positive note, the employees and staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They promptly answered my questions and phone calls, creating an overall positive environment for guests. However, the overall quality of the facility is lacking.

I stay here most times when I come to Bahrain. Very nice property.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms are big but outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean. Only stayed for a night but it was better than expected. Location is also close to main attractions.

property was nice, some limitations with language while ordering food and drinks at the pool. Music at the pool in the middle of the day was awful foul language and content, which may have been ok for a club not something you want to listen to while trying to relax

I believe kitchenette would hot plate or the like Including pots and pans utinsel and plate. It didn't have..though staff did bring hot plate for cooking but no plate or the bear minimum
