I stayed at this hotel less than 3 months ago and I enjoyed it so I booked it again. BIG MISTAKE! There were long, black hairs in the bed and the grout in the shower was incredibly mouldy and disgusting. On my 2nd last day, one of my shirts came back from the laundry still dirty so they sent it away to be washed again. They assured me it would be back by 11am the following day. I had to check out at 1pm. When I went to check out, I asked if I could collect my shirt and they asked me to wait 5 minutes. I told them I only had 5 minutes to spare because I had to get to the airport. 5 mins became 15 mins which then became 30 minutes. They had agreed to post my shirt to Australia and refund my laundry cost but no moron would take my address. My stress levels went THROUGH THE ROOF when they kept me waiting 40 minutes! Then somebody handed me my WET t-shirt which was STILL STAINED! They still agreed to refund my laundry charge and get me a shuttle to the airport. STILL NO REFUND! They had NO UNDERSTANDING that I had to get to the airport. They kept asking me to wait "five minutes, five more minutes." That became 40 minutes. Then I got a WET t-shirt which was still stained. STRESS, STRESS, STRESS...and still NO REFUND. Never again. I have attached a photo of the MOULDY GROUT. Blergh!

Room had no heat So they brought up portable heater Close to nothing

Omigosh! I booked one of the Executive Suites and it was possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean with a huge lounge room and massive bedroom complete with extra large bathroom including bathtub. Service at the hotel was excellent. I can't comment on breakfast because I never had breakfast there. Swimming pool looked lovely but it is incredibly small. The location is not exactly close to many things but there is a small supermarket closeby. Uber was a great option for getting around. This property comes highly recommended and I would stay there again.

Staff was accommodating and friendly, Room wasn't very clean and the furniture (i.e. chair, desk, bed, mini-fridge, etc.) need updated. The area felt safe and was close to City Centre. There was no mini-store in hotel, nearest store was down the street, in the parking garage of a different apartment building. While we were satisfied with our stay, if we return to Bahrain, we will more than likely stay somewhere else.

Really like the large room with the view. Internet was good. TV had a few English channels. Most the staff was very nice, and I was allowed to check out later. Due to Ramadan: pool closed earlier (at 17.00 instead of 18.00) - no buffet breakfast… had to be ordered room service - my only disappointment is 5 minutes after I paid, the waiter came back and said he was not accepting one of my 1 Bahraini dinar bill, because there was a tear in it?!? I have never had someone refusing “local” currency because of that… to avoid further disappointment I bought meals at the shopping mall near the hotel. A loss for the hotel.

Great staff

Near shopping centers and highway , very quite area. Cleanness Must need improvement, there’s no hot shower only worm! Bed sheets and towels must change for higher quality.

I would not stay here again this property does not worth 120$/night including breakfast. When I mad this booking I chose king bed and paid extra fees for that. Once I got there they told me all the king bed rooms are sold out and they offer me a twin room. After complaining to them for over 30 minutes that I could not stay in a twin bed, they gave me a king bed room. The towels look overused ( I felt lucky that I had my own towels with me) the walk in shower is clogged so the water overflow all the way in the bathroom floor. I called them again and contacted Expedia. After all, they update my reservation to a suit. The suit was vey nice unlike the king bed rooms.

I did not like they add extra money for children Even we did not need exta bed

The service is bad the reception staff not cooperative

الفندق جديد ولكن الخدمة والإدارة سيئة متخبطة وليس لديها القدرة على تنسيق عمليات الدخول والخروج بين النزلاء حيث انني وصلت في الوقت المحدد الساعة 1.50 وتم تأخير دخولي ساعتين بحجة ان النزيل لم يخرج من الغرفة وموظفة الاستقبال لم تكن متعاونة ابداً وكذلك الاصوات بين الغرف لا يوجد عزل

Nothing to see here, i dont think this hotel is rated correctly. 3 stars at best. They did find my reservation at first and made me wait in the lobby even though i showed them all the relevant confirmations. The bed sheets and pillow covers are old and in desperate need of a change.

good location close to everything you need, great staff throughout, very welcoming, very friendly. Some of the furniture was getting tired but room was huge and breakfast was great

1-The carpet was stinky & the room smills bad in 3 rooms, and the 4th room was acceptable to spend the night,Although all the room windows are dirty. 2-Also i found an weird orange drop on the shower towel in the bathroom. It has a prime location, But Definitely am not staying again in this hotel because simply i can find alot of cleaner places in the same price. Not applicable at all.
