Great location, the rooms are nice but the couch was dirty. I have stayed here a few times and for the price the furniture could be a bit nicer in the room. Staff is very friendly. Great gym!

This hotel is very attractive, very comfortable, has delicious food, a great breakfast buffet, and exemplary staff. The airport transfers were reasonably priced and much appreciated. Well done!

Good hotel

I had a delightful one-night stay following my wedding reception. My room was upgraded and beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I would most definitely recommend staying here.

You can't beat this location, it is perfectly situated within walking distance of what you want to see. The breakfast buffet is amazing. My only complaint was that I booked a room with a jetted tub and this hotel doesn't have any.

Based in Gulshan, the location was ideal. We had dinner in the Beast Restaurant, the service and food was great (testament to Santo and Hridoy). I also used the laundry service, and it was very good. The staff were always smiling, and happy to help when needed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Dhaka.

When I arrived, I faced but issue with my room, but then was given a better a room which made my trip. For that, I would give it 5 stars. Start are friendly and food is nice. I will come back again

Incredible staff and service!

We stayed at this hotel twice in the past when it was under Four Points Sheraton. Front desk service was magnificent then. This time we booked multiple rooms for multiple days. The restaurant service during breakfast was amazing. Food was superb and the restaurant staff was very attentive and cordial. However, the rooms were not so clean and the towels were definitely quite worn out. Management needs to look into replacing the towels.

I was very impressed with the service and the outgoing staff. A great hotel experience.
