Beautiful property. Great people.

Our stay was made comfortable and welcoming from the time we arrived at the facility. The registration staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly, greeting us at every encounter with a warm hello.

Sadly they had numerous issues during my stay from the AC unit being broken on the first night and a long delay in a technician coming to fix it resulting in a sleepless night due to overheating to the room not being cleaned to the overflowing of jacuzzi in the garden area. While the property itself is absolutely gorgeous, these three top issues made our stay unpleasant.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The property itself is nice, but there are a few areas where it could definitely improve. For example, my room was very spacious, but it only had a tiny TV and lacked a full-length mirror—something that would be expected in a hotel of this level. The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, and the beach area seemed neglected. I understand it takes effort to maintain, but I’ve seen other hotels manage daily upkeep, which makes a big difference in the guest experience. Overall, not a bad stay, but it didn’t quite meet expectations.

Property was well maintained. I do quiet renting a car so you can enjoy the island.

We stay here most of the time when we visit Barbados, staff are amazing, property is well kept inside the rooms are spacious. The only flaw are the bedding The sheets smelled sweaty so we washed it using the washer and dryer that is conveniently located inside the unit. This time mother nature and the sargassum covers most of the island beaches, but they provide a shuttle to a beach that doesnt have any sargassum.

There were 2 staff members who were exceptional Shaquille and Joan. They were friendly and went out of their way to make a difference.

Great staffs, good resort. Decent food options, don’t forget to make reservations for the restaurants early enough :)

Love love the resort we were transported to another beach due to seaweeds and the hotel is breathtaking. A bit far from town though. But will visit again

My partner and I had a good time, but they should have definitely warned ppl about the beach. That was the worst seaweed buildup I’ve ever seen in my life! We booked this resort specifically for the beach and had to go to another beach with no accommodation! They should have it posted on their website, or at least offer a shuttle service to another beach, or give ppl their resort fee back!

This place is absolutely amazing! Yes sargassum was horrible but that didn't stop my vacation.

Stayed several times over the years. Worth it!!
