The staff were friendly. However we experienced problems with the wifi that wasn't resolved, the coffee maker in the room can only brew one cup of coffee per day. However, staff organized to have coffee to us daily free of charge. The sheets were white and looked clean but had a bad smell. The place overall was nice, very beautiful.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The outside of the hotel could use some sprucing up but the beach was beautiful. I think it is great value for money.

The stuff was not friendly except when you check in, they give you a drink. Hotel needs to have a good renovation. Bathrooms are in pretty bad condition. Restaurant staff are not pleasant and food not great. Jonathan the taxi guy is awesome. That’s it.

The safety measures and how the staff treated us were outstanding.

This property was out dated the building was falling apart on the outside and inside it was mold in the rooms I paid for ocean view and looked out my window and saw trees and a dirty roof there was new construction so it was noisy early in the morning they had limited food options and it took forever to get the food that was ordered . The pool was super small I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone

Building is tearing apart. It needs fundamental renovation. Bathroom was dirty, drainage didn't work. Hot water was not stable and changed from very cold to boiling.

Great location, clean , and staff welcoming

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't get a late check out due to the unavailability of rooms, however, they stored out luggage and gave us a room to take a shower can change for 30 mins before heading to the airport. The location was also great and directly on a beautiful beach. My only issue was the noisy ac unit and I would recommend house keeping replenish the bath soap as well. Aside from that, we have a great time

Great modern location

The Dowager shows her age. This was once a glorious hotel. It is in need of a serious renovation. The building on the end of the pier could be a gold mine if renovated. Put the open Kyoto in the middle and all seating on the perimeter. That view and vantage point would be in breathable. Staff was great incredibly friendly & knowledgeable.

I was satisfied at all. the building is so outdated and the room. The bathroom was disgusting, it was giving handicapped bathroom. The furniture was old as well. I didn't get the beach view. And the Wi-fi was trash. Would not recommend.

Hospitality was great staff was amazing

Beside the expensive breakfast, i didn't understand how comes they charged 10usd daily for room service plus 10% service fee when our room never was cleaned...🤔🤔🤔

Great stay. Right on the beach with the horses from the race track around in the morning for a swim. Gorgeous view along the beach.

Great service. Good food. Hotel could do with a lift. If not the hotel at least the rooms. Bed frame lifted as I sat on the end. Bathroom needs a refresher.

Great stay! The beach is right there- gorgeous! Food was great! Oh, every morning at the hotel restaurant the horses from the racetrack come to the beach

Staff friendly. Great beach and location. Clean Room. They arranged excellent tours.

Close to the garrison and Really nice beaches nearby

The property is very run down, restaurant prices are three times more than 2 years ago, staff not friendly except for housekeeping. I will not be back
