My stay at the Alma Grand Place hotel was great. The room had an amazing view of the city. The hotel was central to many places to eat and the best part of the stay was the amazing staff. I had the opportunity to connect with Armel which served as my personal connection to city. He was always willing to help make.my stay confortable and great. Through him (night shift) I learned that other great staff were also supportive of my stay during the day such as Chloe and Sarah and Jennie to name a few.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Brussels! The staff arr very friendly and it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Le Grand Place and the Mannekin de Pis. I loved that we could connect You Tube and Neflix to he TV from our phones!
Breakfast had enough options to start the day.
A pleasant stay and I would love to stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Pro: 近車站、老城區，啤酒館，地點好。
飯店室內裝潢美，櫃檯接待態度好面帶笑容。
Con: 水和咖啡只有入住時有，沒每天補
浴廁要走小樓梯下樓使用。
蓮蓬頭壞掉，水只有一半。有跟櫃檯通知，但沒修好。

入住俾按金不能用虛擬卡，一定要用實體卡，非常不便。入住第二晚無熱水沖涼，回酒店的時候，他們沒有主動跟我們說無熱水沖涼。當小朋友去沖涼的時候，才發覺沒有熱水冲涼；很容易會冷病。

Stayed in a family room and it worked out great. It’s a duplex so probably doesn’t work as well with smaller kids, but my teenage kids liked having their own space and bathroom. Hotel was clean and just a couple blocks from the Grand Place and a few blocks away from central station.

Estuvimos en el 5to piso y la vista es espectacular.Las personas del counter Sara y Alejandra muy amables y serviciales. La ubicacion excelente. La ducha un poco dificil de manejar y no hay frigobar. Puedes ver netflix y demas si deseas. Desayuno lo basico. Volveriamos a este hotel.

Booked late in the evening for a reasonable price after we found issues with another hotel. Room was a weird layout, split over two floors, damp in the carpet and walls, bathroom in need of update. To be honest wouldn’t stay again as there are nicer places for the same, if not slightly less, price point.
